About Kiddom
Kiddom is a groundbreaking educational platform that promotes student equity and growth by uniting high-quality instructional materials with dynamic digital learning. Through unparalleled curriculum management functionality, Kiddom empowers schools and districts to take ownership of their curriculum – resulting in learning experiences tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of local communities. Kiddom’s high-quality curriculum is layered with robust teacher and leader data insights to drive the continuous improvement of instructional decisions, school/district programming, and professional learning.
As Kiddom's Director, Referral Partnerships, you will work to establish and deepen relationships with organizations in the K-12 district consulting, professional learning (PL), and intervention spaces, ultimately developing new channel sales opportunities for our supplemental offerings, including assessments, tutoring, and Kiddom Atlas.
Kiddom has active relationships with many of the leading organizations in this space already; this role will be about formalizing and commercializing those relationships, resulting in a structured channel program that generates revenue, expands our reach, and creates a path to core curriculum adoption.
The right candidate moves quickly, builds commercial trust with external partners, and knows how to build a program that drives results without creating conflict with direct sales teams. You will work closely with Go-to-Market, Legal, and Product to ensure every partnership is commercially sound, operationally clean, and positioned to convert supplemental activity into long-term core curriculum purchases.
What you'll be doing...
Partner Sourcing and Evaluation
- Evaluate the supplemental and services landscape, conducting a structured diligence across commercial, operational, and reputational dimensions
- Build business cases for each relationship based on organizational reach, reputation, and differentiated offerings
Program Execution
- Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from initial conversation through contract execution, onboarding, and ongoing performance management
- Work with Kiddom Marketing and Product to build enablement materials partners need to represent Kiddom's supplemental offerings accurately and effectively
- Host regular partner reviews and develop shared success metrics tied to student reach, revenue, and core curriculum upsell
Governance and Reporting
- Maintain channel pipeline with clear stage information and commercial tracking
- Report to VP, Partnerships on partner performance, revenue, and market coverage
- Surface risks and opportunities proactively; propose path forward before problems escalate
What we're looking for...
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles within edtech or K-12 services organization
- Direct experience building or operating within a channel or reseller program
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and excited by a greenfield motion; able to create structure without waiting for it
Compensation
- Salary range: $100,000 - $200,000 a year
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
What we offer
Full time permanent employees are eligible for the following benefits from their first day of employment:
- Competitive salary
- Meaningful equity
- Health insurance benefits: medical (various PPO/HMO/HSA plans), dental, vision, disability and life insurance
- One Medical membership (in participating locations)
- Flexible vacation time policy (subject to internal approval). Average use 4 weeks off per year.
- 10 paid sick days per year (pro rated depending on start date)
- Paid holidays
- Paid bereavement leave
- Paid family leave after birth/adoption. Minimum of 16 paid weeks for birthing parents, 10 weeks for caretaker parents. Meant to supplement benefits offered by State.

Target product and engineering roles
Kiddom's sponsorship activity concentrates in technical and product development functions. If your background is in software engineering, data, or product management, you're applying into the departments most likely to support a visa petition.
Understand the H-1B lottery timeline
Kiddom sponsors H-1B visas, which means your start date depends on the annual lottery in March. Apply early in the hiring cycle so your offer can be tied to the next available cap filing window without delays.
Ask about Green Card sponsorship early
Kiddom has sponsored Green Cards, so if long-term U.S. residency matters to you, raise it during the offer stage. Understanding whether the company supports PERM and EB-2 or EB-3 pathways helps you plan your immigration timeline.
Highlight edtech domain knowledge
Kiddom operates specifically in K-12 curriculum and learning platforms. Candidates who demonstrate familiarity with education systems, instructional design, or school-facing software stand out and reduce perceived hiring risk for a sponsoring employer.
Confirm OPT and TN eligibility for faster starts
Kiddom sponsors F-1 OPT and TN visas, which can authorize work much faster than H-1B. If you qualify for either pathway, mention it upfront, since it removes cap-subject lottery uncertainty and can accelerate your start date significantly.
Browse verified sponsorship listings before applying
Not every open role at an edtech company comes with sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on Kiddom roles that are genuinely open to visa candidates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Kiddom sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Kiddom sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a track record of filing H-1B petitions, primarily for technical and product roles. Because the H-1B is subject to an annual lottery, timing your application to align with the March registration window is important. Confirming sponsorship intent early in your conversations with the hiring team will help avoid surprises later in the process.
What visa types does Kiddom sponsor?
Kiddom sponsors H-1B, Green Card (EB-2 and EB-3), F-1 OPT, and TN visas. This range of pathways means the company can support candidates at different stages of their immigration journey, from recent graduates on OPT to professionals seeking long-term permanent residency through an employment-based Green Card.
Which roles at Kiddom are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Kiddom has historically been concentrated in engineering, software development, and product roles, which align with the specialty occupation requirements for H-1B petitions. Candidates with technical backgrounds in edtech, platform development, or data systems are well-positioned. Roles in curriculum design or customer success may be less likely to qualify under specialty occupation standards.
How do I find open jobs at Kiddom that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find Kiddom roles that are open to visa-sponsored candidates. The platform filters job listings by verified sponsorship history, so you're not guessing whether a role qualifies. Search for Kiddom specifically to see active openings and confirm which visa types are supported before you invest time in an application.
How do I approach the interview process at Kiddom as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Be transparent about your visa status early, ideally before or during the initial recruiter screen. Kiddom has experience with sponsorship, so you don't need to avoid the topic. If you're on OPT or TN, clarify your current authorization and the timeline for transition. For H-1B candidates, know your lottery eligibility and be ready to discuss a realistic start date tied to the filing calendar.
