Align your credentials to manufacturing PM standards
Lennox prioritizes Program Managers with credentials tied to product development or supply chain operations, not generic project management. PMP certification paired with a degree in engineering or operations management strengthens your H-1B specialty occupation case considerably.
Target Lennox's product and engineering divisions first
Program Manager openings tied to HVAC product lines or manufacturing engineering at Lennox are more likely to carry sponsorship than corporate or administrative PM roles. Filter your applications toward divisions where the technical degree requirement is explicit in the job posting.
Clarify sponsorship scope before your final interview
Lennox sponsors both H-1B transfers and new cap-subject filings, but individual hiring managers may not know which applies to your situation. Ask the recruiter directly whether the role is approved for cap-exempt filing or requires the annual H-1B lottery in April.
Prepare for PERM timing if you're targeting a Green Card
Lennox has filed EB-2 and EB-3 petitions for this function, but PERM labor certification typically requires you to have held the role for at least a year. Factor that timeline into your negotiation if long-term permanent residency is your goal.
Confirm E-Verify enrollment before accepting an offer
As a federal contractor in the manufacturing sector, Lennox is enrolled in E-Verify. Confirming this before you sign removes ambiguity about work authorization verification and ensures your employment start date aligns with any OPT or H-1B approval timeline.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active Lennox PM openings
Program Manager roles at Lennox International open and close quickly across multiple U.S. facilities. Use Migrate Mate to browse verified, sponsorship-confirmed listings so you're applying to roles where the visa pathway is already established, not guessing from a generic job board.

Does Lennox International sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, Lennox International sponsors H-1B visas for Program Manager roles, particularly within its manufacturing engineering and product development divisions. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation given the degree requirements in engineering or a related technical field. Your petition's strength depends on how clearly the job description establishes that a specific bachelor's degree is required, not merely preferred.
Which visa types does Lennox International use for Program Manager roles?
Lennox International primarily uses the H-1B for initial work authorization for Program Managers. For longer-term employees pursuing permanent residence, the company has used EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories through PERM labor certification. The appropriate category depends on whether your role is classified as requiring an advanced degree or whether it falls under a standard skilled worker pathway.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at Lennox International?
Applications go through Lennox International's careers portal, where you'll find openings organized by business unit and location. Roles span facilities across the U.S., so filtering by division, such as residential HVAC or commercial systems, helps narrow your search. Migrate Mate also lists active Lennox Program Manager openings with sponsorship status already verified, which saves time if you're specifically targeting visa-sponsoring positions.
What qualifications does Lennox International expect for Program Manager candidates?
Lennox typically expects a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related technical field for Program Manager roles. Experience managing cross-functional programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment is weighted heavily. PMP certification is often listed as preferred. For H-1B purposes, the degree field should align directly with the job's core responsibilities, not just broadly with business or management.
How do I time my H-1B filing if I receive a Program Manager offer from Lennox?
If you need a new cap-subject H-1B, Lennox would need to register you in the USCIS lottery in March for an October 1 start date. If you're transferring an existing H-1B, you can start as soon as the transfer petition is filed. Plan your offer acceptance timeline accordingly, and confirm with Lennox's HR team whether your target start date aligns with their internal filing schedule.
