Job Roles at LifeStance Health Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in LifeStance Health Visa Sponsorship USA
Target clinical and licensed clinician roles
LifeStance Health's sponsorship activity is concentrated in clinical positions such as therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists. Focusing your search on licensed behavioral health roles gives you the strongest chance of finding a sponsored opportunity at LifeStance.
Understand that LifeStance focuses on Green Card pathways
LifeStance's sponsorship history skews toward permanent residency rather than temporary work visas. If you're pursuing an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card, LifeStance is worth targeting, especially if you already have work authorization and are planning long-term.
Leverage TN visa eligibility if you're Canadian or Mexican
LifeStance sponsors TN visas, which is relevant for Canadian and Mexican mental health professionals. If you hold a qualifying degree in psychology or a related field, the TN pathway at LifeStance can be faster to initiate than a full Green Card process.
Confirm sponsorship willingness early in the interview process
Healthcare employers like LifeStance often assess sponsorship on a role-by-role basis depending on staffing needs and location. Ask your recruiter directly about sponsorship availability for your specific position and state before investing significant time in the process.
Use F-1 OPT or CPT to get a foot in the door
LifeStance sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, making it accessible to international students completing clinical training. Starting with a practical training placement can build the internal relationship needed to support a longer-term Green Card sponsorship conversation.
Filter for verified sponsors before applying
Not every LifeStance posting will come with sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find roles at LifeStance and similar healthcare employers where sponsorship is confirmed, not just implied.

Does LifeStance Health sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, LifeStance Health's track record does not show H-1B filings. Their sponsorship activity appears focused on permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories, along with TN and F-1 OPT and CPT. If H-1B sponsorship is your primary need, it's worth confirming directly with their recruiting team, as practices can vary by role and location.
What visa types does LifeStance Health sponsor?
LifeStance Health sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for students in clinical training programs. Their sponsorship profile is geared toward long-term permanent residency pathways rather than temporary nonimmigrant work visas, which reflects how many large healthcare employers approach international hiring.
Which roles at LifeStance Health are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Clinical roles are the most likely candidates for sponsorship at LifeStance Health. Licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and counselors in outpatient mental health settings align with the types of positions where LifeStance has historically supported immigration pathways. Corporate, administrative, or non-clinical roles are far less likely to include sponsorship, based on the company's overall hiring patterns in the healthcare sector.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at LifeStance Health?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find LifeStance Health roles with confirmed sponsorship history. Rather than guessing from general job postings, Migrate Mate filters opportunities by verified sponsorship data so you can see which companies are actively supporting visa and Green Card applications. Search for LifeStance Health directly on Migrate Mate to browse current openings alongside their full sponsorship profile.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting a Green Card through LifeStance Health?
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 is a multi-stage process that begins with PERM labor certification, followed by an I-140 petition and, depending on your country of birth, a potentially long priority date wait. For most applicants, the employer-sponsored process takes several years from initial filing to approval. Starting the conversation with LifeStance's HR team early, ideally during the offer negotiation stage, gives you the most accurate timeline for your specific situation.
