Frame your credentials around concrete construction
Lithko specializes in concrete subcontracting, so your resume and any credential evaluations should emphasize structural concrete, formwork, or heavy civil experience. A degree evaluation that clearly maps to construction management strengthens your H-1B specialty occupation case.
Target regional offices with active project pipelines
Lithko operates across multiple regions and posts Project Manager openings tied to specific market areas. Focusing your application on regions with active commercial or industrial concrete projects improves your odds of landing a role that moves to sponsorship quickly.
Clarify sponsorship intent before the offer stage
Construction employers sometimes assume sponsorship only applies to technical or office roles. Raise your visa status early in final-round conversations so the hiring manager can loop in HR before an offer is drafted, avoiding delays after verbal acceptance.
Understand the H-1B cap and lottery timing
USCIS opens H-1B registration in March each year, with employment starting October 1 if selected. If you're targeting a Lithko offer, align your job search timeline so an offer can realistically be in place before the registration window opens.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Project Manager roles at Lithko
Lithko posts Project Manager openings across regions, but tracking which listings are open to sponsorship is time-consuming. Search Migrate Mate to filter directly for Lithko roles where visa sponsorship has been confirmed, so you're not applying blind.
Prepare a DOL-compliant employment history for LCA filing
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting your H-1B petition. Having a clean, verifiable record of prior construction PM roles, including project scope and employer details, speeds up that process and reduces RFE risk.

Does Lithko Contracting sponsor H-1B visas for Project Managers?
Yes, Lithko Contracting has sponsored H-1B visas for Project Manager roles. The company operates at significant scale across the U.S. concrete construction market and has worked through the H-1B process for qualified candidates. Your best path is to apply directly, confirm sponsorship eligibility during the interview process, and ensure your experience aligns with their concrete subcontracting focus.
How do I apply for Project Manager jobs at Lithko Contracting?
You can browse and apply for Project Manager openings at Lithko Contracting through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles where visa sponsorship is available. Lithko posts positions tied to specific regions and project types, so targeting openings that match your concrete construction background gives you the strongest application. Apply with a resume that emphasizes relevant project scope and delivery experience.
Which visa types are commonly used for Project Manager roles at Lithko Contracting?
The H-1B is the primary visa type Lithko uses for sponsoring Project Managers. This requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, which is typically supported by demonstrating that a construction management or civil engineering degree is a standard requirement for the position. In some cases, candidates already holding TN or L-1 status may also be considered, though H-1B remains the most common pathway.
What qualifications does Lithko Contracting expect for sponsored Project Manager roles?
Lithko generally looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, combined with hands-on experience managing concrete construction projects. Familiarity with subcontractor coordination, scheduling tools, and safety compliance is standard. For H-1B sponsorship, your degree must directly relate to the role, so a credential evaluation is advisable if you earned your degree outside the United States.
How do I navigate the H-1B filing timeline when targeting a Lithko Project Manager role?
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March for an October 1 start date. To align with this window, you'll want a signed offer from Lithko in hand by late February. After selection, Lithko's HR team works with an immigration attorney to file the full petition. If you're selected in a later lottery round or need to transfer an existing H-1B, USCIS portability rules allow you to start in the new role once the petition is filed.
