Frame credentials around concrete construction complexity
Lithko operates on large commercial and industrial concrete projects. When preparing your resume and portfolio, align your experience to multi-trade coordination, subcontractor oversight, and concrete-specific scheduling rather than generic project management deliverables.
Obtain PMP certification before applying
Construction firms at Lithko's scale expect project managers to hold a PMP or equivalent credential. Completing certification before you apply strengthens your H-1B petition by demonstrating the specialty occupation standard USCIS requires for approval.
Target regional offices with active project pipelines
Lithko staffs Project Program Managers around active job sites, not just a central headquarters. Research which regions have concurrent commercial concrete projects underway, then apply to postings tied to those locations for the strongest fit.
Search open roles directly through Migrate Mate
Lithko's Project Program Manager openings are listed on Migrate Mate, filtered by sponsorship eligibility. Use the platform to identify current postings, compare locations, and prioritize applications to roles with active H-1B sponsorship history.
Clarify sponsorship intent during initial recruiter conversations
Construction recruiters sometimes assume candidates are locally authorized. Raise your H-1B requirement early in the first call rather than at the offer stage. Lithko's HR teams handling skilled roles are familiar with the process, so transparency prevents delays.
Confirm your employer's LCA filing timeline before your start date
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS receives your H-1B petition. Confirm with Lithko's HR and legal team that the LCA is certified before you finalize a start date, especially if you're transferring from another employer.

Does Lithko Contracting sponsor H-1B visas for Project Program Managers?
Yes, Lithko Contracting has sponsored H-1B visas for Project Program Managers. Sponsorship is tied to specific roles and project needs rather than being company-wide policy, so the strongest candidates are those with demonstrated experience in commercial or industrial concrete construction project management who raise sponsorship requirements early in the hiring process.
How do I apply for Project Program Manager jobs at Lithko Contracting?
You can browse and apply for Project Program Manager openings at Lithko Contracting through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship availability. Applications typically require a resume highlighting construction project management experience, relevant certifications such as a PMP, and willingness to be based near active project sites. Contacting recruiters directly after applying improves response rates for sponsored roles.
Which visa types are commonly used for Project Program Manager roles at Lithko Contracting?
The H-1B is the primary work visa used for Project Program Manager roles at Lithko Contracting. This classification requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, which construction project management roles typically satisfy when tied to a relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Candidates with existing H-1B status at another employer may also pursue an H-1B transfer.
What qualifications does Lithko Contracting expect for Project Program Manager candidates?
Lithko typically expects a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a closely related field, combined with hands-on experience managing large concrete or general construction projects. Familiarity with subcontractor coordination, scheduling software, and safety compliance is standard. A PMP certification strengthens your application and supports the specialty occupation determination required for H-1B approval.
How do I understand the H-1B filing timeline when accepting an offer from Lithko Contracting?
If you're starting the H-1B process from scratch, standard USCIS processing takes several months after the cap lottery in April, with employment beginning October 1 at the earliest. If you already hold H-1B status with another employer, Lithko can file an H-1B transfer and you can begin work as soon as USCIS receives the petition. Confirm the DOL Labor Condition Application is filed and certified before your intended start date.
