Align your credentials with FCC leadership expectations
Telecommunications executives often need demonstrated experience managing licensed spectrum operations or regulated network infrastructure. Before applying, document any direct oversight of FCC-regulated services, as this strengthens both your candidacy and any future PERM or EB-2 petition narrative.
Target open roles across MCA's regional markets
Mobile Communications America operates across multiple states, so executive openings vary by region. Search by location as well as title, since district and regional director roles often carry the same sponsorship eligibility as centralized corporate positions.
Verify TN eligibility before your offer stage
If you're a Canadian or Mexican national, TN status can cover certain management roles under qualifying professional categories. Confirm with your prospective employer that the specific Executive Management title maps to an eligible TN classification before the offer is finalized.
Use Migrate Mate to surface sponsoring executive roles
Executive Management openings that include visa sponsorship aren't always labeled clearly in generic job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Mobile Communications America roles that have active sponsorship, saving you time researching each listing manually.
Prepare for a PERM audit with detailed employment records
DOL PERM audits for executive roles often scrutinize whether the position genuinely requires a degree in a specific field. Keep organized records of past job duties, reporting structures, and any specialized technical or regulatory responsibilities that distinguish your background.

Find Executive Management at Mobile Communications America JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Mobile Communications America sponsor H-1B visas for Executive Managements?
Mobile Communications America's sponsorship activity for Executive Management roles has focused on employment-based Green Card categories such as EB-2 and EB-3, along with F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN. H-1B sponsorship is not prominently featured in their recent filing history for this function, so it's worth clarifying directly with the hiring team during the offer stage which visa types the company will support for a specific role.
How do I apply for Executive Management jobs at Mobile Communications America?
Applications typically go through Mobile Communications America's careers portal, where Executive Management openings are listed by region and function. Migrate Mate also aggregates these roles and filters specifically for positions with visa sponsorship, making it easier to identify which listings are open to sponsored candidates before you invest time in the application process.
Which visa types are commonly used for Executive Management roles at Mobile Communications America?
The visa types associated with Executive Management sponsorship at Mobile Communications America include EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based Green Card categories, F-1 OPT for recent graduates transitioning into full-time roles, F-1 CPT for students in cooperative programs, and TN status for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals. The right pathway depends on your nationality, degree, and where you are in your immigration timeline.
What qualifications does Mobile Communications America expect for Executive Management candidates seeking sponsorship?
Executive Management roles in telecommunications typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or a related technical field, combined with progressive leadership experience in network operations, sales management, or regulated communications services. For PERM-based sponsorship, DOL requires the employer to document that the position's educational and experience requirements are genuine business necessities, so your background should align clearly with the posted job requirements.
How do I understand the timeline for visa sponsorship in an Executive Management role at Mobile Communications America?
For employment-based Green Card categories like EB-2 or EB-3, the process typically involves PERM labor certification with DOL, followed by an I-140 petition with USCIS, and then adjustment of status or consular processing. The full timeline can range from one to several years depending on your country of birth and priority date. If you're on F-1 OPT, factor in your OPT expiration and any STEM extension eligibility when planning your filing sequence with your employer.
