Tailor your resume to telecom sales metrics
Account Executive roles at Mobile Communications America are evaluated on revenue performance. Quantify pipeline management, client retention, and territory growth in your resume so hiring managers can immediately assess your fit against sales targets.
Identify open Account Executive territories early
Mobile Communications America posts Account Executive openings by region. Target locations where they're actively expanding coverage or acquiring new dealer accounts, since those markets have the strongest hiring urgency and the most likely path to sponsorship conversations.
Use Migrate Mate to find their current openings
Account Executive jobs at Mobile Communications America are spread across multiple regions and open frequently. Use Migrate Mate to filter and browse their current listings filtered by visa sponsorship, so you're applying to roles where sponsorship is already confirmed.
Address OPT timing before your first interview
If you're on F-1 OPT, calculate how much authorized work time remains before your first interview. Mobile Communications America has sponsored F-1 CPT and OPT candidates, but a short remaining OPT window may require fast-tracking STEM extension eligibility or transitioning conversations to EB-3.
Clarify the sponsorship pathway during the offer stage
Once you receive an offer, ask HR directly whether they're filing under EB-2 or EB-3 and whether PERM labor certification is required. Understanding the USCIS filing timeline upfront lets you plan your start date and immigration status transitions without surprises.

Find Account Executive at Mobile Communications America JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Mobile Communications America sponsor H-1B visas for Account Executives?
Mobile Communications America's documented sponsorship activity for Account Executive roles has focused on EB-2, EB-3, and F-1 OPT pathways rather than H-1B. H-1B sponsorship for sales roles is less common across the telecommunications industry because H-1B classification requires a specialty occupation with a direct degree requirement, which can be harder to establish for account management positions.
Which visa types are commonly used for Account Executive roles at Mobile Communications America?
Mobile Communications America has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas as well as F-1 OPT and CPT for Account Executive roles. TN visa classification is also available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. Each pathway has different eligibility requirements, so your strongest option depends on your nationality, degree field, and how much authorized work time you currently have.
What qualifications and experience are expected for Account Executive roles at Mobile Communications America?
Account Executive positions at Mobile Communications America typically require demonstrated B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally within telecommunications, wireless, or technology sectors. Familiarity with Motorola Solutions products, two-way radio systems, or managed communications services is an advantage. Most postings expect candidates who can manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through close independently.
How do I apply for Account Executive jobs at Mobile Communications America?
You can browse and apply for Account Executive openings at Mobile Communications America directly through Migrate Mate, which lists their current visa-sponsoring roles in one place. When applying, tailor your application to the specific region and market segment listed, since Account Executive territories at Mobile Communications America are geographically structured and hiring managers evaluate local market knowledge closely.
How do I plan my timeline if Mobile Communications America is sponsoring my employment-based Green Card?
EB-3 sponsorship through PERM labor certification typically takes 12 to 18 months from job offer to I-140 approval, not counting priority date backlogs. If you're starting on F-1 OPT, you'll need to maintain valid work authorization throughout the PERM process. Confirm with the employer's HR team whether they engage an immigration attorney and at what stage they initiate the PERM filing with DOL.
