Align your credentials to telecom sales requirements
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires your degree and experience to directly support a specialty occupation. Document how your background maps to enterprise sales in telecommunications, including relevant certifications like Cisco or similar vendor credentials that reinforce your technical sales expertise.
Research Mobile Communications America's open territory patterns
Mobile Communications America posts Enterprise Sales Executive openings across multiple regions simultaneously. Cross-referencing active postings by geography helps you identify where headcount pressure is highest, which signals where hiring managers have the most urgency and sponsorship flexibility.
Time your application around F-1 OPT authorization windows
If you're on F-1 OPT, your 12-month authorization window starts the clock immediately. Apply early enough that an offer, onboarding, and any STEM extension petition filing can proceed without a gap in your work authorization during the sales ramp period.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsoring employers
Not every telecom employer will sponsor for a sales role specifically. Migrate Mate lets you filter by visa type and role category so you can confirm Mobile Communications America's sponsorship track record for Enterprise Sales Executives before investing time in the application process.
Prepare for the PERM labor market test timeline
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires your employer to complete a PERM labor market test through DOL before filing. This process typically takes six to twelve months. Raise this timeline with your hiring manager and HR contact during the offer stage, not after you've signed.
Address TN eligibility if you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship
TN status covers certain management and professional categories and does not require a PERM process. If you qualify, this is a faster path to starting your role. Confirm with Mobile Communications America's HR team whether the Enterprise Sales Executive job description meets USMCA occupational criteria before your interview.

Find Enterprise Sales Executive at Mobile Communications America JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Mobile Communications America sponsor H-1B visas for Enterprise Sales Executives?
Mobile Communications America's sponsorship activity for Enterprise Sales Executive roles has concentrated on EB-2, EB-3, and TN categories rather than H-1B. H-1B sponsorship is subject to the annual cap and lottery, which adds uncertainty. If H-1B is your target visa, clarify the company's current policy directly with their HR or talent acquisition team during the offer process.
How do I apply for Enterprise Sales Executive jobs at Mobile Communications America?
Applications go through Mobile Communications America's careers portal, where Enterprise Sales Executive postings are listed by region and territory. Tailor your resume to highlight enterprise account management and telecommunications industry experience. You can also browse verified open roles with visa sponsorship filters on Migrate Mate to confirm current postings before applying directly through the company.
Which visa types are commonly used for Enterprise Sales Executive roles at Mobile Communications America?
Mobile Communications America has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas for this function, which require PERM labor certification through the DOL. F-1 OPT and CPT are also supported for candidates currently in the U.S. on student status. Canadian and Mexican nationals may be eligible for TN status, which is faster to obtain and does not require PERM.
What qualifications and experience does Mobile Communications America expect for Enterprise Sales Executives?
Expect requirements centered on B2B enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold telecommunications infrastructure, managed services, or connectivity solutions to large business accounts. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field typically satisfies EB-2 and EB-3 educational requirements. Demonstrated quota attainment and familiarity with complex procurement cycles are common screening criteria.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for this role at Mobile Communications America?
Timeline depends heavily on visa category. TN sponsorship for eligible Canadian or Mexican nationals can be arranged within weeks. EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship involves a PERM labor market test that DOL typically processes over six to twelve months, followed by an I-140 petition with USCIS. Starting conversations with HR about sponsorship intent during the offer stage gives both sides time to plan around these timelines.
