Frame Your Healthcare Sales Credentials Precisely
Quest evaluates Enterprise Sales Executives on revenue impact with health systems, labs, or payers. Quantify your deal sizes, contract lengths, and client tiers from prior roles so your resume speaks directly to the diagnostic services sales motion they hire for.
Confirm LCA Prevailing Wage Before Negotiating Salary
Before your offer stage, check the DOL's FLAG system for the prevailing wage tied to your job title and work location. Quest must certify your salary meets that threshold on the Labor Condition Application, so knowing the floor prevents late-stage surprises.
Target Territories Where Quest Has Active Lab Infrastructure
Quest's enterprise sales roles cluster around major metropolitan markets with dense hospital and IDN networks. Applying to postings tied to regions where Quest already operates client service centers signals operational fit and speeds the internal headcount approval that precedes any sponsorship filing.
Align Your Visa Timeline to Quest's Sales Hiring Cycles
Enterprise sales headcount at Quest often opens mid-year around Q2 and Q3 budget cycles. If you're on OPT with a fixed expiration, calculate your STEM extension or H-1B cap-gap window against those timelines so your work authorization doesn't lapse during onboarding.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Open Enterprise Sales Roles
Filter by visa type and employer to find Quest Diagnostics postings that explicitly support sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces roles verified for international candidates, saving you from applying to positions where sponsorship isn't on the table for this function.
Prepare for PERM Before Your Green Card Conversation
If you're targeting long-term sponsorship beyond H-1B, understand that PERM requires Quest to conduct a supervised recruitment process proving no qualified U.S. workers were displaced. For sales roles, prior quota attainment records and specialized diagnostic industry knowledge strengthen the employer's justification during DOL audit.

Find Enterprise Sales Executive at Quest Diagnostics JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Quest Diagnostics sponsor H-1B visas for Enterprise Sales Executives?
Yes, Quest Diagnostics sponsors H-1B visas for Enterprise Sales Executive roles. These positions typically qualify as specialty occupations given the degree requirements in business, healthcare administration, or a related field. Quest files the necessary Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS, and the process is handled through their internal HR and legal teams.
How do I apply for Enterprise Sales Executive jobs at Quest Diagnostics?
You can browse current Enterprise Sales Executive openings on Quest Diagnostics' careers site or through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship eligibility so you can confirm support before applying. Tailor your application to emphasize B2B healthcare sales experience, familiarity with health system procurement, and any diagnostics or laboratory services background, since those signals align directly with what Quest's hiring managers prioritize for this function.
Which visa types does Quest Diagnostics commonly use for Enterprise Sales Executive roles?
Quest Diagnostics supports several visa categories for Enterprise Sales Executives, including H-1B for degree-holding professionals, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business or science roles, and F-1 OPT or CPT for candidates still in their post-study work authorization window. For longer-term pathways, Quest has also sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card petitions for sales professionals moving into permanent roles.
What qualifications does Quest Diagnostics expect for Enterprise Sales Executive roles?
Quest typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare administration, combined with demonstrated success selling complex solutions to hospital systems, integrated delivery networks, or large employer health plans. Familiarity with diagnostic testing workflows, lab services contracting, or value-based care models gives candidates a meaningful edge. Prior experience managing multi-year, seven-figure enterprise contracts is a strong differentiator in the selection process.
How do I manage the visa filing timeline when pursuing an Enterprise Sales Executive role at Quest Diagnostics?
The timeline depends on your current status. H-1B cap-subject petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start, so offers need to be finalized well before the registration window in March. If you're on OPT, confirm your expiration date and STEM extension eligibility early in the process. For TN visa holders, the transfer to a new employer can happen more quickly since TN status doesn't require USCIS adjudication in most cases, only a valid employer letter and border or consular approval.
