Frame your sales metrics in U.S. terms
Salesforce evaluates Enterprise Sales Executives on quota attainment, ACV growth, and pipeline management. Before applying, convert your results into these formats so your credentials translate clearly to a U.S. hiring committee reviewing your background.
Target Salesforce's domestic services vertical directly
Salesforce organizes its enterprise sales org by industry. Focusing your applications on the domestic and household services segment lets you position relevant vertical experience, which directly influences whether a hiring manager champions your sponsorship through internal approvals.
Confirm the offer letter specifies sponsorship commitment
Before your start date negotiation, verify that your Salesforce offer letter explicitly states the company will file the visa petition. USCIS requires the employer of record to sign Form I-129, so ambiguity here creates real filing risk.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Enterprise Sales roles
Salesforce posts Enterprise Sales Executive openings across multiple regions and verticals. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Salesforce roles that include visa sponsorship, so you're applying to positions where the hiring process is already structured to support it.
Align your start date with LCA certification timing
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL and receive certification before USCIS can process your H-1B or E-3 petition. Build at least two to four weeks of LCA processing time into any proposed start date you discuss with Salesforce.

Find Enterprise Sales Executive at Salesforce JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Salesforce sponsor H-1B visas for Enterprise Sales Executives?
Yes, Salesforce sponsors H-1B visas for Enterprise Sales Executive roles. The company's legal and HR teams are experienced with the full petition process, including the H-1B cap registration lottery each March. For enterprise sales hires, Salesforce typically works with outside immigration counsel, so your petition will go through a structured internal review before filing with USCIS.
How do I apply for Enterprise Sales Executive jobs at Salesforce?
Applications go through Salesforce's careers portal, but many sponsored roles aren't clearly labeled as visa-eligible in the job posting itself. The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate to browse Salesforce's Enterprise Sales Executive openings filtered for sponsorship, then apply directly through the Salesforce portal once you've identified the right role and region.
Which visa types does Salesforce commonly use for Enterprise Sales Executive roles?
Salesforce sponsors H-1B, E-3, and employment-based Green Cards including EB-2 and EB-3 for Enterprise Sales Executives. H-1B is the most common path for non-Australian nationals. Australian citizens can apply for the E-3, which avoids the lottery entirely. Long-tenured sales employees sometimes pursue PERM-based Green Card sponsorship after establishing themselves in the role.
What qualifications does Salesforce expect for an Enterprise Sales Executive role?
Salesforce generally looks for a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a track record closing enterprise software or SaaS deals. Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, familiarity with CRM platforms, and vertical expertise in industries like domestic and household services strengthen a candidacy. USCIS requires the role to meet specialty occupation standards, so the degree requirement is also legally significant for visa eligibility.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take when joining Salesforce?
For H-1B, the timeline depends on the lottery and whether premium processing is used. Standard USCIS adjudication runs three to six months after filing; premium processing reduces this to 15 business days. E-3 consular processing in Australia averages two to four weeks once the LCA is certified by DOL. Salesforce typically begins internal sponsorship approvals several months before a target start date to buffer for these timelines.
