Align your credentials to telecom sales requirements
Mobile Communications America typically hires Sales Executives with backgrounds in two-way radio, wireless infrastructure, or enterprise communications. Translate any relevant technical sales experience into U.S.-standard resume format before applying, since hiring managers prioritize industry-specific product knowledge.
Target open territories before they fill
MCA operates across multiple U.S. regions and hires Sales Executives to own specific geographic territories. Identify which markets align with your existing customer relationships or prior telecom experience, then apply directly to those postings rather than submitting to every open role.
Ask HR specifically about TN eligibility
Canadian and Mexican nationals in professional sales roles that meet the Management Consultant category under USMCA may qualify for TN status, which has no annual cap and no lottery. Confirm with MCA's HR team whether your Sales Executive offer letter is structured to support TN classification.
Request the PERM timeline early in negotiations
If you're targeting an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card through MCA, ask your recruiter about the company's typical PERM filing timeline before you accept an offer. DOL labor certification processing can take over a year, and starting the conversation at offer stage gives you the clearest timeline picture.
Use Migrate Mate to find active Sales Executive openings
MCA posts Sales Executive roles across multiple job boards and its own careers page, which makes it easy to miss active openings. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Sales Executive positions at Mobile Communications America that include visa sponsorship, so you're only spending time on verified opportunities.
Confirm OPT authorization matches your start date
F-1 students using OPT must have an Employment Authorization Document issued before their first day. If MCA's onboarding timeline falls close to your OPT start or expiration date, coordinate with your Designated School Official early to avoid a gap that would delay your start.

Find Sales Executive at Mobile Communications America JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Mobile Communications America sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Executives?
Mobile Communications America's primary sponsorship activity for Sales Executive roles has centered on EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visa categories rather than H-1B. If H-1B sponsorship is your primary need, raise it explicitly during the offer stage, since sponsorship eligibility for this role can depend on how the position is classified and structured by HR.
What visa types does Mobile Communications America commonly use for Sales Executive roles?
MCA has sponsored Sales Executives through F-1 OPT and CPT pathways for recent graduates, TN status for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories, and EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term permanent residence routes. The right pathway depends on your nationality, degree, and how long you need work authorization to remain in place.
How do I apply for Sales Executive jobs at Mobile Communications America?
You can search for Sales Executive openings at Mobile Communications America directly on their careers page or through Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by visa sponsorship eligibility. When applying, tailor your resume to demonstrate territory management experience and familiarity with telecom products like two-way radio systems or wireless infrastructure, since MCA hires for regional sales ownership.
What qualifications does Mobile Communications America expect from Sales Executive candidates?
MCA typically looks for Sales Executives with direct experience selling telecommunications products, strong territory management skills, and the ability to build relationships with both commercial and public sector clients. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is generally expected, and prior experience with Motorola Solutions products or public safety communications is a meaningful differentiator.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship for a Sales Executive role at MCA?
If you're on F-1 OPT, your Employment Authorization Document must be active before your start date, so align MCA's onboarding timeline with your OPT window and loop in your DSO early. For EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, DOL's PERM labor certification process can take a year or more before USCIS petition filing even begins, so clarify MCA's internal process at the offer stage.
