Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Account Executive Jobs at Schneider Electric Jobs
Align your sales background to industrial verticals
Schneider Electric's Account Executive roles focus on manufacturing clients buying energy management and automation solutions. Frame your experience around technical B2B sales cycles, not consumer or SaaS backgrounds. Hiring managers want evidence you can sell to plant managers and procurement teams.
Request LCA-backed offer letters before signing
Before accepting any offer, confirm your employer has filed a Labor Condition Application with the DOL certifying prevailing wage for your specific territory. Account Executive comp often includes commission, and the LCA must reflect a base wage that meets DOL thresholds for your work location.
Target Schneider Electric's enterprise accounts team
Schneider Electric structures Account Executive hiring around vertical markets like manufacturing, utilities, and data centers. Applications tied to a specific vertical, especially industrial manufacturing, tend to progress further than generalist submissions. Research which verticals have the most open territories before applying.
Prepare visa documentation before final interviews
Have your degree transcripts, credential evaluations, and any prior visa approval notices ready before your final interview round. Schneider Electric's HR teams move quickly after extending offers, and delays in producing documentation can push your H-1B or E-3 filing timeline past critical USCIS deadlines.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Account Executive roles
Account Executive openings at Schneider Electric are distributed across regional territories and change frequently. Use Migrate Mate to filter for current openings that include visa sponsorship, so you're only spending time on roles where international candidates are actively considered.
Understand E-3 eligibility before H-1B cap season
If you hold Australian citizenship, the E-3 visa bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely and can be filed year-round. Schneider Electric sponsors both visa types for Account Executives, so clarifying your eligibility with USCIS guidelines before cap season opens gives you a faster path to a start date.

Find Account Executive at Schneider Electric JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Schneider Electric sponsor H-1B visas for Account Executives?
Yes. Schneider Electric sponsors H-1B visas for Account Executive roles. The H-1B requires your position to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning you'll need a bachelor's degree or higher in a field directly related to the role. Account Executive positions tied to technical sales in manufacturing or energy management typically satisfy this requirement. Your employer files the H-1B petition with USCIS on your behalf.
Which visa types does Schneider Electric commonly sponsor for Account Executives?
Schneider Electric sponsors H-1B and E-3 visas for Account Executive roles, covering most international candidates. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3, which has no lottery and allows year-round filing. For candidates pursuing permanent residence, Schneider Electric also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, typically after a period of employment in the role.
What qualifications are expected for Account Executive roles at Schneider Electric?
Schneider Electric typically looks for a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, combined with B2B sales experience in technical or industrial markets. Familiarity with energy management systems, industrial automation, or manufacturing procurement cycles is a genuine advantage. Candidates who can demonstrate a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at manufacturing accounts tend to progress furthest in the interview process.
How do I apply for Account Executive jobs at Schneider Electric?
You can browse and apply for Account Executive roles at Schneider Electric through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship availability so you only see roles open to international candidates. Schneider Electric's Account Executive positions are organized by vertical and territory, so applying to roles aligned with your industry background and geography gives your application the strongest fit signal.
How do I plan my timeline for a visa-sponsored Account Executive role at Schneider Electric?
Timeline depends on your visa type. H-1B petitions are tied to the annual April cap season, so an offer in late winter ideally gives your employer time to file before the deadline. E-3 visas for Australian citizens can be processed year-round, often within a few weeks of filing. For either path, USCIS recommends allowing several months for petition review, and premium processing is available to accelerate USCIS adjudication if your start date is urgent.
