Responsibilities include:
- Manage existing customer accounts in the mid-market segment to ensure that they are successfully using Netskope.
- Develop an overall account retention strategy leading to a 90+% renewal rate in the assigned territory/accounts.
- Up-sell Netskope products and services to existing customers.
- Overachieve on renewal revenue targets through comprehensive account management.
- Maintain a high level of forecast accuracy.
- Pricing and contract negotiation expertise.
- Working with channel partners to maintain customer relationships and complete renewals prior to the expiration date.
- Extensive coordination with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams.

Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience carrying an individual revenue quota in technology sales.
- Business-to-business quota carrying sales experience from another industry that wants to move into technology sales (sorry selling to consumers and individuals doesn’t count).
- 2+ years of Sales Development experience in a technology company in Silicon Valley that is hungry for a chance to move into a revenue closing role.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree preferred.
Compensation:
At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. For purposes of complying with applicable laws, the range applies to candidates in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Washington, and other states. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement. In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program. Candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive health plan and other benefits that can be reviewed at Netskope Benefits site.
- Salary Range: $108,000—$120,000 USD
