A Brief Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting our Sales Consultants in selling our core Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services to new and/or established businesses. This position assists in targeting and converting prospects into clients with their thorough understanding of TriNet's value proposition and their ability to quantify that benefit for clients. Sales Associates will guide documentation, gain appropriate approvals, and validate client information submission for quotation.

What you will do

• Submit RFP documents to Risk and Medical Pricing by guiding, assisting, and reviewing client information through TriNet’s portal, following up as necessary to ensure a timely response.
• Work with prospective client to gather and enter data into TriNet’s portal in order to provide accurate and timely pricing quotes.
• Coordinate with other departments for facilitation of requests, documents and information necessary to support the prospective client.
• Run reports and data entry in Salesforce.
• Respond to prospect questions via phone, email or chat providing excellent customer service.
• Reach out to the Sales Consultants on any prospect issues or questions that you cannot address.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Typically 2+ years of business operations, office, administrative, or sales experience

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Up to 25% domestic travel may be required

LOCATION

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $24.81 to $37.21. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
