Align your credentials to insurance compliance frameworks
USI operates across property and casualty, employee benefits, and specialty lines. Certifications like CPCU, CCEP, or CRCM signal readiness for the regulatory environment you'd step into, strengthening your profile before you apply.
Target regional compliance openings, not just corporate
USI's Compliance roles are distributed across branch offices nationally, not consolidated at headquarters. Searching by region rather than filtering for a single location increases your chance of finding an active opening with sponsorship flexibility.
Browse verified sponsoring Compliance roles on Migrate Mate
Filter Compliance openings specifically at USI Insurance Services on Migrate Mate to surface roles where sponsorship has been documented. This saves time you'd otherwise spend cold-applying to positions with no sponsorship history.
Prepare for insurance licensing requirements by state
Many USI Compliance roles require state-specific insurance producer or compliance licenses. Research the licensing requirements for the state where the role is posted before your interview so you can speak to your plan for obtaining them.

Find Compliance at USI Insurance Services JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does USI Insurance Services sponsor H-1B visas for Compliances?
USI Insurance Services has not established a consistent pattern of H-1B sponsorship for Compliance roles based on available filing data. The visa types most commonly associated with Compliance hires at USI include E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, and J-1. If H-1B sponsorship is your primary need, raise it directly with the recruiter early so USI's HR team can assess eligibility before you invest time in the process.
How do I apply for Compliance jobs at USI Insurance Services?
Apply through USI's careers portal and filter by the Compliance function. You can also use Migrate Mate to browse Compliance openings at USI where visa sponsorship has been documented, which helps you prioritize roles that are more likely to move forward for sponsored candidates. Tailor your application to the specific regulatory or risk domain listed in the job description rather than submitting a generic resume.
Which visa types does USI Insurance Services commonly sponsor for Compliance roles?
USI has sponsored Compliance professionals on E-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and J-1 visas. E-3 is available exclusively to Australian citizens and is well-suited to Compliance work because it can be renewed indefinitely in two-year increments. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. F-1 OPT and CPT apply to current or recent international students completing U.S. degrees.
What qualifications does USI Insurance Services expect for Compliance roles?
USI's Compliance openings typically require a background in insurance regulation, risk management, or legal compliance, often combined with a relevant bachelor's degree in business, law, or finance. Professional certifications such as CPCU, CRCM, or CCEP improve your positioning. For specialty lines or benefits compliance roles, direct experience with state insurance department filings or ERISA compliance is frequently listed as a preference rather than an optional extra.
How do visa processing timelines affect a Compliance job start date at USI?
The timeline depends on your visa category. E-3 and TN petitions require a DOL-certified Labor Condition Application before USCIS processing, which typically adds two to four weeks to the overall timeline. F-1 OPT candidates need an active Employment Authorization Document before their start date, and the USCIS processing window for EAD cards runs 90 days or longer. Communicate your authorization status to USI's recruiter before you receive a formal offer so both sides can align on a realistic start date.
