At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.
As the first Sr. Product Enablement Manager at Vanta, you'll be the architect of how our GTM teams learn, understand, and articulate Vanta's product value and capabilities to customers. You'll design and deliver enablement programs that translate product strategy into field readiness, drive product adoption, and directly impact revenue outcomes.
This is a senior IC role that will own the full lifecycle of product enablement for both presales and post sales GTM — from discovery and curriculum design, rigorous program management, through delivery, measurement, and continuous iteration. You'll partner closely with PMM, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that every team member can confidently sell, implement, and expand Vanta with our customers.
What you’ll do as a Senior Product Enablement Manager at Vanta:
- Develop the Product Enablement Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive product enablement and training strategy aligned with product launches, business goals, and customer needs.
- Create and Manage Training Content: Lead the creation of engaging and scalable training content, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, webinars, and certifications.
- Oversee Product Documentation: Partner with product teams to ensure our help center, knowledge base, and other documentation are accurate, easy to understand, and up-to-date.
- Analyze and Optimize: Use data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs and documentation. Continuously iterate and improve the user learning experience.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a go-to resource for customer-facing teams (sales, support, customer success) by developing internal enablement materials and delivering training sessions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers and PMMs to understand new features and roadmap plans, and with marketing and sales to support go-to-market strategies.
- Define and track success metrics (time-to-product proficiency, adoption rates, feature utilization, customer expansion, NPS impact) and present data-driven insights to leadership.
- Stay current on product changes, competitive landscape, and industry trends; proactively identify opportunities to improve enablement quality.
- Experiment with product knowledge testing through innovative AI approaches.
How to be successful in this role:
- 8–10 years in product enablement, GTM enablement, or similar role; bonus points for prior quota-carrying sales or customer success or PMM experience.
- Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles; ability to create engaging, relevant, and results-oriented training programs.
- Product acumen—ability to quickly understand complex product features, positioning, and differentiation, and translate them into field-ready training.
- Proficiency with enablement technology including LMS platforms (Sana), content management systems (Seismic, Highspot), knowledge bases (Guru), and conversation intelligence tools (Gong).
- Strong measurement and data-driven mindset; ability to define KPIs, track enablement ROI, and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to build relationships, drive influence, and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complexity and engage diverse audiences.
- Customer-first mindset with a systems thinking approach; you design enablement with learner needs and real-world application at the center.
- Huge plus if you are familiar with the GRC/Security space or have worked in a highly technical environment.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
What you can expect as a Vanta’n:
- Industry-competitive salary and equity.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans.
- 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents.
- Health & wellness stipend.
- Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend.
- Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office.
- Family planning benefits.
- Matching 401(k) contribution with immediate vesting.
- Flexible PTO policy, plus 80 hours of Sick Time.
- 11 company-paid holidays.
- Virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events!
- Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney.

About Vanta
We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.
Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check—is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust—all in a way that's real-time and transparent.

Frame your credentials around compliance operations
Vanta's core product is security and compliance automation, so Operations candidates who can show experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or audit readiness workflows stand out. Gather documentation that demonstrates cross-functional program delivery in regulated or compliance-adjacent environments.
Target roles that match your visa classification
Vanta sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and Green Card pathways, but not every Operations opening maps cleanly to each category. TN candidates should verify their role falls under a qualifying USMCA profession before applying, since Operations titles vary widely in how they're classified.
Time your OPT application around Vanta's hiring cycles
F-1 students on OPT have a 60-day grace period after graduation. If you're targeting Vanta, start outreach before OPT begins, not after. Vanta hires Operations talent throughout the year, so a proactive approach gives you runway to complete interviews before your work authorization clock tightens.
Ask specifically about PERM sponsorship timelines
If you're targeting a Green Card through Vanta, ask during the offer stage whether the company initiates PERM for this Operations level. DOL's PERM process can take well over a year, and knowing whether sponsorship is standard or case-by-case for this function shapes how you plan your long-term status.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Operations roles at Vanta
Vanta regularly posts Operations openings across program management, business operations, and strategy functions. Use Migrate Mate to filter these specifically for visa-sponsoring positions so you're only investing time in applications where sponsorship is confirmed.
Align your H-1B specialty occupation case to the role
H-1B approval for Operations roles at software companies depends on establishing specialty occupation status. Work with an immigration attorney to map your specific responsibilities, such as systems implementation or cross-functional program management, to a qualifying degree field before USCIS adjudicates the petition.

Find Operations at Vanta JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Vanta sponsor H-1B visas for Operations roles?
Yes, Vanta sponsors H-1B visas for Operations positions. The key requirement is that the role qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, meaning it must typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field. Operations titles at tech companies like Vanta, including program managers and business operations leads, generally meet this threshold, but the specific job duties and degree alignment matter in USCIS's review.
Which visa types are commonly used for Operations jobs at Vanta?
Vanta supports H-1B, F-1 OPT and CPT, TN, and EB-2/EB-3 Green Card pathways for Operations hires. F-1 OPT is common for recent graduates entering program or business operations roles. TN visas work for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management or analyst roles. H-1B covers the broadest set of Operations positions, and EB-2/EB-3 PERM sponsorship is the path for candidates seeking permanent residence.
What qualifications does Vanta expect for Operations roles?
Vanta's Operations team typically looks for candidates with experience in program management, business systems, or cross-functional strategy within SaaS or technology environments. Given Vanta's focus on security compliance automation, familiarity with audit workflows, GRC tooling, or vendor management strengthens your profile. A bachelor's degree in business, operations, computer science, or a related field is generally expected, and the degree field matters for H-1B specialty occupation purposes.
How do I apply for Operations jobs at Vanta?
You can find and filter current Operations openings at Vanta that include visa sponsorship through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles specifically tagged for international candidates. When applying directly, tailor your resume to Vanta's compliance and SaaS context and be prepared to address your work authorization status early in the process. Vanta's recruiting team typically moves through multiple interview rounds covering operational judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and domain knowledge.
How do I time my application around Vanta's H-1B sponsorship process?
If Vanta files an H-1B cap-subject petition for you, the filing window opens April 1 for an October 1 start date. That means an offer and I-129 preparation need to happen before late March. If you're currently on F-1 OPT, your existing work authorization can bridge the gap. Plan backward from the April registration deadline so that offer negotiations, attorney engagement, and USCIS documentation don't compress into the final weeks.
