- Manage project budgets by estimating construction costs, controlling expenses, and tracking changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams through effective negotiation and clear communication to secure favorable terms and maintain strong relationships.
- Read and review blueprints and technical drawings to determine scope of work, identify potential issues early, and develop comprehensive cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Office tools to support bid submissions and project documentation.
