Additionally, this position is responsible for building effective relationships with team members and facilitating team processes to meet project goals. The Design & Construction Project Manager will actively participate in analyzing data and developing recommendations and action plans.
The role will face an ambitious and fast paced workload, with a significant volume of responsibilities. There is a need to quickly understand complex priorities, navigate established processes and deliver results while managing competing demands. These challenges are balanced by a highly supportive team environment where collaboration, knowledge sharing and mentorship are encouraged.
