AHRS Construction is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team in Bern, Kansas.This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values strong relationships, and enjoys seeing a project come together from start to finish. Position Details

- No overnight travel required

- Experienced commercial construction professional preferred
- Pay will coincide with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Participate in pre-construction and business development
- Prepare owner contracts and subcontracts
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Coordinate with on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate self-perform work and monitor quality control
- Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
- Lead on-site progress meetings
- Maintain strong communication with owners, project teams, and trade partners
