Electrical Project Manager
Hayes & Lunsford Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Relocation assistance is not available, and third-party recruiters will not be considered.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality compliance
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
- Review electrical drawings and specifications and provide technical guidance
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Conduct jobsite visits to ensure safety and workmanship standards are met
- Prepare project documentation, change orders, billing, and closeout materials
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing commercial and industrial electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards
- Proficiency with project management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
