range of Design-Build construction projects and personnel from start to finish. You will organize and
oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner as well
as represent NewCold (the Owner) throughout the entirety of the project. An excellent Site Construction
Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a
team of professionals from different disciplines to achieve the desired results. The ideal candidate will
have an analytical mind and great organizational skills and will have more than seven (7) years’
experience in a similar Superintendent and Project Manager role. The goal will be to ensure all projects
are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget.
Roles and Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Owner Representation
- Act as the on-site representative of NewCold (the Owner) throughout planning, construction,
- Protect NewCold’s interests by ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within
- Serve as the primary point of contact between NewCold, general contractor, design team,
- Provide regular project status reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor contractor performance and enforce contractual requirements.
- Site construction managers are on the project site full-time.
- Oversee all site construction activities for refrigerated and frozen warehouse facilities, including

- Coordinate daily activities among contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
