Can I do CPT for a Commercial Account Executive role that includes commission-only compensation?
CPT authorization doesn't require a minimum wage, but your school may have policies about unpaid or commission-only arrangements. More practically, commission-only structures can complicate Form I-9 and payroll verification at the onboarding stage.
