As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date in 2026 Summer/Fall. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.

- Support BD team to identify and follow up the key blockers in agency's onboarding process
- Summarize and categorize the key challenges and work with XFN partners to build solution SOP
- Provide weekly issue tracker and share insights of business/product challenges
- Work with XFN partners to develop scalable product solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to solve complex issues with XFN support and categorize solutions
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to commit to working for 6 months and work onsite 5 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Data capability, or able to leverage AI to address preliminary data requests

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30 - $30.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.

Is there a limit on how many hours per week I can work as a Global Director on CPT during the academic year?
Part-time CPT is defined as 20 hours or fewer per week during an active semester. Full-time CPT, which is more than 20 hours per week, is permitted but carries a consequence: 12 or more months of full-time CPT eliminates your OPT eligibility entirely. For a Global Director role, which often demands full engagement, coordinate the authorization period carefully with your DSO to preserve post-graduation options.
