Most customer solutions manager roles in West Virginia require a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, along with several years of client-facing experience. There is no state-issued license specific to this role in West Virginia. Employers in sectors like healthcare and energy often prefer candidates who have progressed from account coordinator or customer service representative positions within those same industries.
Which companies hire customer solutions managers in West Virginia?
West Virginia customer solutions manager roles are posted by CVS Health, Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, and Ryder System and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. West Virginia's energy, healthcare, and government contracting sectors tend to drive the most consistent hiring for this role across the state.
Which West Virginia cities have the most customer solutions manager jobs?
Charleston, West Virginia, and Cheat Lake have the most customer solutions manager openings in West Virginia. Charleston anchors hiring through its concentration of healthcare networks, state government contractors, and financial services firms, while Morgantown's growth is tied to West Virginia University Health System and the technology services companies that cluster near the university research corridor.
Are there remote customer solutions manager jobs in West Virginia?
Yes, and they are more common than in many other fields, since customer solutions managers primarily work through phone, video, and digital platforms rather than on a physical site. About 86% of customer solutions manager openings tied to West Virginia are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting broader flexibility across the role. Account oversight, client communications, and onboarding coordination are the functions most frequently performed remotely.
How can I get hired as a customer solutions manager in West Virginia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a customer service representative or account coordinator role at a large West Virginia employer such as a regional health system, an energy utility, or a state government contractor in Charleston or Huntington. These organizations regularly promote internally into solutions management tracks. Building familiarity with CRM software and earning a vendor certification from platforms like Salesforce strengthens an application considerably when formal experience is limited.
