Customer Solutions Manager Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a customer solutions manager in Georgia?
Most Georgia employers require a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a technical field, combined with experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role. There is no state-issued license for this position in Georgia. Candidates who build experience in SaaS support, enterprise onboarding, or supply chain coordination at Georgia-based companies tend to move into the role most directly, often from account coordinator or technical support positions.
Which companies hire customer solutions managers in Georgia?
Georgia customer solutions manager roles are posted by Radancy, Signify, and Fullstory and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of October 2026. Georgia's dense concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters, fintech firms, and logistics operators makes it one of the more active states for this role.
Which Georgia cities have the most customer solutions manager jobs?
Atlanta, Duluth, and Alpharetta account for the largest share of customer solutions manager openings in Georgia. Atlanta dominates because of its headquarters density in financial technology, enterprise software, and logistics, while Savannah's growing port and distribution economy and Augusta's healthcare and defense contractor presence pull consistent hiring in those metros.
Are there remote customer solutions manager jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and they are fairly common given that much of the work involves digital communication, CRM platforms, and virtual client engagement. About 100% of customer solutions manager openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of October 2026, reflecting how readily this role transfers off-site. Post-sale implementation, account review calls, and onboarding training are the parts of the role most consistently offered in remote formats.
How can I get hired as a customer solutions manager in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving from a customer support, technical support, or inside sales role at a Georgia technology or logistics company into a junior customer success or solutions associate position. Employers like NCR Voyix and Fiserv hire associate-level customer success staff and promote from within. A Salesforce Administrator credential or a vendor-specific platform certification strengthens early applications considerably, and Atlanta's large base of SaaS companies frequently posts associate customer success roles that serve as direct feeders into the manager track.
Where can I find and apply to customer solutions manager jobs in Georgia?
You can find and apply to customer solutions manager jobs in Georgia on Migrate Mate, which lists current Georgia openings pulled from active employer postings. Search the listings, find the roles that match your background and preferred location, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
