Customer solutions specialist positions in West Virginia do not require a state-issued license, but roles in healthcare billing or financial services may require familiarity with HIPAA compliance or state-regulated financial practices. Building experience through customer service or administrative support roles at West Virginia employers is the most common entry path.
Which companies hire customer solutions specialists in West Virginia?
Companies currently hiring customer solutions specialists in West Virginia include CVS Health, Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, and Ryder System, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. West Virginia's healthcare, utility, and financial services sectors drive the most consistent demand for this role across the state.
Which West Virginia cities have the most customer solutions specialist jobs?
Charleston, West Virginia, and Morgantown have the most customer solutions specialist openings in West Virginia. Charleston anchors the market as the state capital and home to major healthcare and financial employers, while Huntington's medical and service economy and Morgantown's university and health system presence generate steady demand across the state's largest employment centers.

How can I get hired as a customer solutions specialist in West Virginia with little or no experience?
