Who's Hiring

Customer Success Director Jobs in Nashville: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a customer success director job in Nashville?
The strongest path into a customer success director role in Nashville runs through the city's healthcare technology and SaaS sectors, which cluster in Midtown, the Gulch, and the Cool Springs corridor in Brentwood. Employers here prioritize candidates with demonstrated retention and expansion revenue ownership. Experience managing enterprise accounts, familiarity with health IT platforms, and a local professional network built through Nashville's active tech meetup scene all give candidates a measurable edge.
Which companies hire customer success directors in Nashville?
Companies currently hiring customer success directors in Nashville include NetraDyne, TRC, and Mosai, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Nashville's hiring pool is especially deep among health tech vendors, insurance technology firms, and regional SaaS companies that have headquartered or expanded operations here over the past decade.
Are there remote customer success director jobs in Nashville?
Yes, though availability depends on the employer, since customer success director roles that involve executive-level client relationships or onsite account oversight tend to require in-person presence. About 100% of customer success director openings tied to Nashville are remote or hybrid as of September 2026. Strategic and renewal-focused responsibilities are most commonly offered remotely by Nashville-based SaaS and health tech companies.
How can I get a customer success director job in Nashville with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Nashville is moving up from a customer success manager or senior account manager role at one of the city's mid-size health tech or SaaS companies, many of which promote from within. Starting in implementation, onboarding, or support at firms in the Cool Springs or Midtown corridors builds the product knowledge and client relationship skills these employers look for before elevating someone to the director level.
