Most employers look for a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, along with experience in customer-facing work. Candidates who complete a Salesforce or Gainsight certification strengthen their applications. Tennessee's large SaaS, healthcare IT, and financial services employers are the most consistent paths into the field.
Which companies hire customer success representatives in Tennessee?
Employers hiring customer success representatives in Tennessee right now include Sonar, Oracle, and Sedgwick, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Which Tennessee cities have the most customer success representative jobs?
Nashville, Tennessee, and Memphis have the most customer success representative openings in Tennessee. Nashville drives the largest share of demand as the state's headquarters hub for healthcare IT, fintech, and SaaS companies, while Memphis and Chattanooga add openings through logistics technology firms, regional insurance carriers, and manufacturing software providers that maintain sizable Tennessee operations.
