- Support survey design, data collection, analysis, and synthesis of user feedback.
- Identify Digital Seabag adoption trends, usage patterns, process bottlenecks, persona-specific needs, and performance indicators.
- Support business case development, rough-order-of-magnitude analysis, ROI assessments, and prioritization models.
- Conduct technology, process, and benchmark research to support modernization recommendations.
- Assist with workflow automation, requirements gathering, and digital solution evaluation.
