Our office in High Point is currently looking for a permanent full-time BILINGUAL front desk employee(s).
Having knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and Eagle Soft software is a plus, but not a requirement, we're are willing to train the right candidate(s)! We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, friendly addition to our staff!
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:00pm Must be able to work at least 1-2 Saturdays a month.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls/forward calls
- Greet patients as entering the building
- Answer patients’ questions
- Schedule/Confirm appointments
- Verify dental insurance benefits(private and medicaid)
- Handle outstanding balances
- Check in/ Check out
- Review treatment plans with patients
- Process payments
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform other front desk duties
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Eaglesoft (Preferred)
