- Optimize clinical education’s curricular delivery and grades and assessments workflows, processes, and personnel in partnership with Manager of Clinical Education.
- Support and maintain ongoing relationships with clinical sites and preceptors, including affiliation support and stakeholder engagement, in coordination with the Associate Dean of Clinical Education.
- Serve as a senior resource for resolving escalated site issues, troubleshooting operational concerns that arise and routing matters requiring the Associate Dean’s involvement accordingly.
- Conduct new site initial visits as appropriate.
- Assist in the evaluation and reporting relating to clinical rotation sites, including communication with sites and coordination of documentation and follow-up.
- Monitor the department’s internal budget, including tracking expenditures, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with institutional financial goals.
- Provide recommendations on resource allocation to support departmental priorities.
- Other duties as assigned by the Associate Dean of Clinical Education.
- Normal business hours including some evenings and weekends.
- Travel may be required for various off-site meetings, training, conferences, and/or events in support of the overall objective of the position.
