Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations
Compensation: $125,000- $150,000 base annually + 15% annual bonus
Benefits: Fully Remote, Health/ dental/ vision, Paid Vacation/ sick/ holidays
About the Role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations leader to partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Services — owning the systems and processes that support how our revenue engine runs. This is a hands-on role: you'll be evaluating, simplifying, and in many cases personally building the processes and system configurations that let our teams move faster with less friction.
Your first mandate will be to cut through complexity of existing processes: understand what exists, why it exists, what's still needed, and what can be removed. From there, you'll build the operating rhythm — process, systems, and reporting — that scales with us going forward.
What You'll Do
Simplify before you build. Audit our current revenue systems and workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Planhat) to identify legacy complexity, redundant processes, and technical debt, then remove or rebuild what no longer serves the business.
Own the systems that support revenue. Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce architecture and administration; maintain working fluency across HubSpot and Planhat (you don't need to be the sole admin of either, but you need to understand the data flowing through them and how they connect to the broader stack).
Get hands-on. This role isn't purely strategic. You'll be in the platforms yourself, configuring, troubleshooting, and building as needed, particularly in the early phase of the role.
Build reporting and insight visibility. Establish a reporting mindset across RevOps, surfacing trends, retention signals, and operational risks early, and pushing that visibility up to leadership.
Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, as well as Finance, to ensure systems and processes support how the business actually operates, not the other way around.
Document as you go. Establish documentation practices for systems, workflows, and integrations (e.g., Salesforce-to-Intacct data flows) so institutional knowledge doesn't live in one person's head.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function, within a B2B SaaS or technology company of comparable size (~100 employees, $20M in Revenue).
Proven, hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and architecture. Working knowledge of HubSpot and Planhat (or comparable platforms) strongly preferred.
A track record of simplifying, automating, and scaling. You've taken an overbuilt or under-documented system and made it easier to use while supporting business growth, ideally at a company of similar size/revenue to ours.
Experience deciding how to resource a function. Knowing when to hire, when to bring in a contractor, and when to use an agency, and building the case for each.
Comfort operating as an individual contributor and a leader. This will start as a one-person function, and the role will involve real execution in its early stages.
Strong communication skills. You'll need to translate system-level detail into insights leadership can act on, and vice versa.
Compensation:
Base pay for this position is $124,000- $150,000, plus up to an additional bonus amount of up to 15% of the base salary.
In addition, you’ll receive health/dental/vision insurance, and other benefits like a professional development budget, wellness credit, and being a part of an incredibly dedicated team.

Director Of Revenue Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a director of revenue in Florida?
Most directors of revenue in Florida reach the role through a combination of a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, finance, or business administration and several years in analyst or manager-level revenue roles. Florida does not require a state-issued license to work as a director of revenue. Candidates focused on hospitality often pursue the Certified Revenue Management Executive credential through HSMAI, which carries strong recognition among Florida hotel and resort employers.
Which companies hire director of revenues in Florida?
Employers hiring director of revenues in Florida right now include Feathr, Hopper, and DLP Capital, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Florida's density of large resort operators, hospital systems, and regional real estate groups means openings appear across a broader range of industries here than in most other states.
Which Florida cities have the most director of revenue jobs?
Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Miami account for the largest share of director of revenue openings in Florida. Miami and Orlando lead because of their outsized hospitality and tourism economies, including major convention hotels and theme park resort complexes, while Tampa's growing healthcare and corporate headquarters base drives additional demand for revenue leadership roles.
Are there remote director of revenue jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than many leadership roles, because revenue strategy work is largely analytical and system-based rather than hands-on. About 33% of director of revenue openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how much of the role involves data modeling, reporting, and cross-functional meetings rather than physical presence. Fully remote openings are most common in SaaS and subscription-based companies, while hospitality employers typically require on-property presence.
How can I get hired as a director of revenue in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into a revenue analyst or revenue coordinator role first, then building toward a manager title before targeting director openings. Large Florida hospitality groups and hospital systems regularly hire into these feeder roles. Earning the HSMAI Certified Revenue Management Executive credential early signals seriousness to Florida resort and hotel employers, and candidates who can demonstrate proficiency in IDeaS or Duetto platforms stand out even without a long title history.
Where can I find and apply to director of revenue jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to director of revenue jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings across hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors. Find roles that fit your background and apply directly to the employers posting them.
