Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship in Client Executive
Frame your degree field correctly
E-3 visa eligibility requires your degree to match the specialty occupation. A business, marketing, or communications degree maps cleanly to Client Executive roles. A mismatch between your credential and the job description can trigger an RFE.
Target companies with active LCA histories
Search DOL's Foreign Labor Certification disclosure data to find employers who have previously filed LCAs for sales or account management roles. Past filings signal a working sponsorship infrastructure, not just willingness in principle.
Address dual intent before your interview
The E-3 requires nonimmigrant intent. If a hiring manager asks about long-term plans, tie your answer to the role's two-year renewable structure. Framing around contract renewals rather than permanent residency protects your application at the consulate.
Get your LCA certified before booking your consulate appointment
Your employer must file the LCA with DOL and receive certification before you can attend your visa interview. The DOL target is seven business days, but allow extra time. Booking your appointment before certification is issued stalls the process.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for end-to-end filing
Once you have a signed offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle the LCA submission, DS-160, and consulate preparation. Client Executive offers frequently have fast start dates, so a streamlined filing process reduces the risk of delays.
Confirm the job description specifies a degree requirement
Specialty occupation status depends on the position requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Ask your employer to confirm the offer letter and any internal job requisition state that requirement explicitly before the LCA is filed.
E-3 Visa Client Executive: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Client Executive jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lets you search Client Executive roles filtered by E-3 sponsorship history, so you're only seeing employers who have demonstrated willingness to sponsor Australian nationals. This is more targeted than a general keyword search and filters out roles where sponsorship is possible in theory but unlikely in practice.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Client Executive role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the employer defines the role as requiring a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or communications. Roles with vague requirements like 'degree preferred' or 'any field accepted' create risk at the consulate. The LCA and offer letter both need to reflect a genuine degree requirement tied to the job's duties.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Client Executive roles?
The E-3 is available year-round with no lottery, while the H-1B visa has an annual cap and selection is random. For a Client Executive offer with a specific start date, this makes the E-3 far more predictable. Employers also find the E-3 administratively lighter since there's no registration fee or lottery period to factor into hiring timelines.
What happens to my E-3 status if I change employers or move into a different client executive role?
Your E-3 is tied to a specific employer and position. If you change companies or take a materially different role, your new employer must file a fresh LCA and you'll need a new E-3 visa stamp, which requires a consulate appointment. You can work for the new employer once the LCA is certified and your new visa is issued.
