E-3 Visa Creative Lead Jobs
Creative Lead jobs in the U.S. are a strong fit for E-3 visa sponsorship because the role requires a bachelor's degree in a creative or design discipline and ties directly to a specialty occupation classification. The E-3 has no lottery and renews in two-year increments, so Australian creative professionals can build long-term careers without the H-1B visa cap uncertainty.

TikTok Creative Lead
Greenville, NC · Full-Time
Own the creative voice of the world's most-watched brand on the world's fastest-moving platform.
MrBeast is building the most influential creative studio on the planet. As TikTok Creative Lead, you will be responsible for how our brand shows up on one of the most culturally significant platforms in the world. You will bring an instinctive understanding of what makes content move on TikTok, and the creative conviction to make it happen at the highest level. This is a rare opportunity for a creative who is truly native to the platform — someone who doesn't just follow TikTok culture, but understands how to shape it. You will work alongside a dedicated Social Analytics Lead and a world-class creative team, focusing exclusively on ideation and execution for TikTok.
THE ROLE
You will own the creative output of MrBeast's TikTok presence — not the strategy, not the analytics, not the team structure. The creative. Your job is to generate ideas, pitch them with conviction, and see them through to execution. You will work fast, iterate constantly, and hold yourself to an exceptionally high bar. The best TikTok creatives in the world know that what works on other platforms doesn't automatically work here. You will bring a point of view that is specific to TikTok — its culture, its rhythms, its audience — and translate that into content that feels native to the platform while being unmistakably MrBeast.
- Generate and pitch high-impact creative concepts for TikTok on a continuous basis.
- Collaborate closely with our Social Analytics Lead to translate platform intelligence into executable creative.
- Lead content from concept through production, working hands-on to bring ideas to life.
- Stay obsessively current with TikTok culture, trends, sounds, and formats.
- Develop a deep understanding of the MrBeast brand and what makes content feel authentically Beast.
- Participate in regular creative reviews and after-action analysis to sharpen output over time.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, production, and social teams to bring concepts to execution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Genuine, platform-native fluency on TikTok — you understand it from the inside, not from a brief.
- A proven creative track record making content that performs, whether for a brand, a creator, or yourself.
- Strong creative instincts and the confidence to pitch ideas with clarity and conviction.
- The ability to work at speed without sacrificing quality of thinking.
- Coachability, low ego, and a genuine hunger to operate at the highest level of creative.
- Comfort working in a high-pressure, feedback-rich environment where the standard is world-class.
- Experience collaborating with creative and production teams to execute at scale.
LOCATION
This role is based in Greenville, NC, where the full MrBeast creative team operates. Relocation is required. The pace and nature of this work demand proximity to the team, to production, and to Jimmy (MrBeast).

Frame your portfolio for specialty occupation
E-3 visa eligibility hinges on specialty occupation status. Structure your portfolio and CV to show your role requires a degree-level foundation in a specific creative discipline, not just general creative skills. Generic art direction experience without a clear academic or technical throughline can complicate the LCA.
Target employers with existing LCA filing history
Search the DOL's OFLC disclosure data to identify companies that have filed LCAs for creative roles before. An employer who has run the process knows what prevailing wage certification involves, which cuts your onboarding time significantly.
Get your Australian credentials evaluated early
A three-year Australian bachelor's in design or communications is generally accepted as equivalent to a U.S. four-year degree, but your employer's immigration contact may need a written credential evaluation to confirm it. Order this before you receive an offer so it doesn't hold up your LCA filing.
Negotiate LCA sponsorship into the offer stage
Many U.S. creative agencies are unfamiliar with the E-3 and assume visa sponsorship means H-1B costs and lottery risk. Clarify during the offer stage that you only need an LCA certification from DOL, not a USCIS petition, so the employer's legal exposure and timeline are much shorter.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the LCA
Once you have an offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork end-to-end. This is where first-time sponsors often stall, and a dedicated E-3 expert can move from certified LCA to consulate appointment without delays from unfamiliar employers.
Prepare for nonimmigrant intent questions at your interview
Creative Lead roles often involve long-term brand relationships, which consular officers can read as signs of immigrant intent. Bring documentation of your Australian ties, including property, family, or professional memberships, to support your nonimmigrant status at the consulate interview.
E-3 Visa Creative Lead: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Creative Lead jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Use Migrate Mate to search for Creative Lead roles filtered by E-3 visa sponsorship. Most general job boards don't flag E-3 willingness, so you'd otherwise need to research each employer's LCA history manually through DOL disclosure data. Migrate Mate surfaces employers with active sponsorship history so you can focus on roles where the conversation is already viable.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Creative Lead role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related creative discipline. Roles where the employer accepts any degree regardless of field, or where extensive experience substitutes for a degree entirely, can run into trouble at the LCA stage. A clearly defined degree requirement in the job description strengthens your case.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Creative Lead roles?
The E-3 is available exclusively to Australian nationals and has no annual lottery, so you can apply at any point after receiving a job offer. The H-1B has an 85,000-slot annual cap with a randomized selection process, meaning most applicants must wait months and may not be selected at all. For Australian creatives, the E-3 is the faster and more predictable path to U.S. employment.
Can I change employers or take on freelance work while on an E-3?
You can change employers, but each new employer must file a fresh LCA with DOL before you begin work. There's no portability rule as with some other visa categories. Freelance or self-employment income is not permitted under E-3 status because the visa requires a bona fide employer-employee relationship with a U.S. entity filing the LCA on your behalf.
