The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional acquisition programs that unlock higher‑value growth for the business at scale. This role owns end‑to‑end program strategy and execution—setting direction, aligning teams and systems, and driving measurable impact across the Growth Marketing and Sales ecosystem. As a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and continuously optimizing a robust lead generation strategy to accelerate high growth for the business. This includes crafting compelling marketing campaigns and rigorously testing performance across critical channels—LinkedIn ads, email, and web. You will manage demand strategy across targeting, campaign execution, and narrative strategy and analyze conversion metrics to hit revenue targets. This highly cross‑functional position requires close partnership with Growth Marketing, Sales, GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, and other internal or agency teams.
We are looking for an experienced growth marketer who has built and operated a portfolio of ABM‑driven, high‑touch acquisition programs—owning significant revenue goals, designing strategic motions that support regional sales teams, and going deep where needed to optimize performance at all stages of the funnel. A proven ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across cross‑functional partners is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Own and operate higher‑value acquisition lead generation program end‑to‑end, translating business and revenue priorities into clear strategy, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross‑functional work across operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams, distilling strategy and insights into the right level of context to drive alignment and action.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable, real lift in program and campaign performance.
- Design and incorporate ABM‑centric strategies that engage buying committees within named accounts, enabling sales teams to drive coordinated, high‑touch engagement.
- Own program‑level performance and insights, synthesizing engagement, lead quality, conversion, and downstream revenue signals into clear recommendations and actions.
- Communicate program strategy, performance, and impact through concise, executive‑ready updates that inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Communicate strategy, insights, updates, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years experience in growth marketing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven ability to set and own a roadmap, driving strategy to execution.
- ABM experience designing 1:few, 1:1, and 1:many customized approaches to activate named accounts.
- Creative marketer with a passion for understanding the audience and designing programs that inspire action.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
- Experience analyzing data to generate actionable insights and program improvements, driving innovation, and conducting A/B tests to enhance performance.
- Ability to prioritize, balance multiple projects, and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results.
- Experience collaborating across time zones to develop global strategies.
- Strong ability to collaborate, build deep relationships with colleagues, and influence functional teams to achieve goals.
- Experience working with Sales teams. Direct Sales experience or prior roles working closely with Sales leadership is a plus.
SUGGESTED SKILLS:
- Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Strong Business Acumen
- Stakeholder Management

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Demand Generation Manager
Translate your Australian credentials for U.S. hiring managers
A three-year Australian bachelor's degree in marketing or business satisfies the E-3 visa specialty occupation requirement. Pair it with a credential evaluation letter so hiring managers and the DOL don't question equivalency during the LCA review.
Target employers with active marketing leadership hiring
Search for companies actively posting demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing roles at the manager level. Employers already budgeting for senior marketing hires are far more open to E-3 sponsorship conversations than those with no open headcount.
Use Migrate Mate to find E-3 sponsoring employers
Migrate Mate filters job listings by E-3 visa sponsorship history, so you're not cold-pitching companies unfamiliar with the process. Search Demand Generation Manager roles directly on Migrate Mate to surface employers already set up to sponsor.
Raise E-3 sponsorship after demonstrating role fit
Bring up the E-3 after you've been shortlisted, not in your cover letter. Once an employer is sold on your demand gen background, the visa conversation shifts from a blocker to a straightforward employer-side compliance step.
File your E-3 paperwork before your start date pressure builds
Once you have a signed offer letter and a certified LCA, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork so the consulate appointment timeline doesn't delay your actual start date.
E-3 Visa Demand Generation Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Demand Generation Manager jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to search. It surfaces Demand Generation Manager roles from employers with E-3 sponsorship history, so you're not manually filtering out companies that have never sponsored an Australian professional. Standard job platforms don't filter by visa type, which means a lot of wasted applications on roles that were never open to sponsorship.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Demand Generation Manager role qualify as an E-3 specialty occupation?
Yes. Demand Generation Manager is classified under marketing management occupations, which consistently require a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications. The DOL and USCIS apply a four-part test for specialty occupation, and this role clears it because the theoretical and practical application of a specific field of study is standard for the position.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Demand Generation Manager roles?
The E-3 has no lottery, no annual cap, and no waiting period, so you can start as soon as your visa is issued. The H-1B requires winning a randomised lottery, has an annual filing window, and typically takes six to twelve months before employment can begin. For Australian nationals in demand generation roles, the E-3 is the straightforward path.
Can I change employers or get promoted while on an E-3?
You can change employers, but each new job requires a fresh LCA and a new E-3 visa issuance or status change. A promotion within the same company is generally fine if the role remains within the same specialty occupation. A significant title or scope change to a non-specialty occupation role would require reassessing eligibility with USCIS.
