E-3 Visa National Sales Manager Jobs
National Sales Manager roles qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship as specialty occupations requiring a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Australian professionals bring cross-regional sales leadership that U.S. employers actively recruit for, and the E-3's no-lottery structure means your timeline depends on your offer, not a draw.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a National Sales Manager
Frame your Australian sales credentials for U.S. context
U.S. hiring managers don't automatically equate APAC regional quotas or ANZ territory performance to domestic U.S. metrics. Translate your revenue figures, team size, and market scope into language that maps directly to the roles you're targeting.
Target employers with existing E-3 filing history
Companies that have sponsored E-3 visa workers before already understand the LCA process and won't push back at the offer stage. Search DOL's OFLC disclosure data to identify employers that have filed E-3 LCAs for sales management roles specifically.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified E-3 sponsoring employers
Searching broadly for National Sales Manager roles wastes time on employers who won't sponsor. Migrate Mate filters specifically for employers with E-3 sponsorship history, so every application you send goes to a company that already knows the process.
Confirm your degree field aligns with the role
USCIS requires a direct relationship between your degree field and the specialty occupation. A three-year Australian bachelor's degree in business or marketing generally satisfies the requirement, but a degree in an unrelated field needs a credential evaluation to establish equivalency.
Negotiate LCA filing into your offer timeline
Your employer must file a certified LCA with the DOL before you can apply at the consulate. Build at least two weeks for LCA certification into your start-date negotiation so a processing delay doesn't push your consulate appointment past your intended arrival date.
Delegate the filing paperwork to a specialist
LCA preparation, prevailing wage compliance, and consulate documentation are easy to get wrong under deadline pressure. Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork so you can stay focused on your onboarding transition.
E-3 Visa National Sales Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find National Sales Manager jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Use Migrate Mate to search specifically for National Sales Manager roles at employers with E-3 sponsorship history. General job boards don't filter by sponsorship willingness, so you waste significant time applying to companies that will decline at the offer stage. Migrate Mate surfaces employers that have filed E-3 LCAs before, which is the clearest signal that a company will sponsor again.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a National Sales Manager role qualify as an E-3 specialty occupation?
Yes, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as business administration, marketing, or sales management. USCIS evaluates whether the position normally requires a degree in that discipline. Roles that accept any degree, regardless of field, are harder to qualify. Job descriptions that specify a required degree in business or a related area are the strongest candidates.
How does the E-3 visa compare to the H-1B for National Sales Manager roles?
The E-3 has no annual cap and no lottery, so you can apply any time of year once you have a job offer and a certified LCA. The H-1B visa is capped at 85,000 per year and requires lottery selection, which most applicants don't win on their first attempt. For Australian nationals in National Sales Manager roles, the E-3 is a far more predictable path to U.S. employment.
Can I change employers or be promoted while on an E-3 visa?
Changing employers requires a new LCA filed by your new employer and a new E-3 visa application before you can begin working for them. A promotion within the same company that doesn't materially change your role or salary level generally doesn't require a new filing, but a significant title change or shift in duties may require an amended LCA to keep prevailing wage compliance current.
