E-3 Visa Enterprise Sales Representative Jobs
Enterprise Sales Representative roles qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship when the position requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Australian professionals benefit from the E-3's no-lottery structure and indefinite renewals, making long-term U.S. sales careers more accessible than the H-1B path.

Frame your Australian sales credentials clearly
U.S. hiring managers may not recognize Australian qualifications. Translate your degree and enterprise sales experience into U.S. equivalents upfront, specifying deal size, ARR targets, and industry verticals so recruiters can immediately assess your specialty occupation fit.
Target companies with existing E-3 filing history
Use Migrate Mate to filter Enterprise Sales Representative roles by employers who have sponsored E-3 visas before. These companies already understand the LCA process, which shortens the time between offer and your consulate appointment.
Confirm the role requires a specific degree field
E-3 eligibility depends on the job qualifying as a specialty occupation. Enterprise sales roles where any bachelor's degree suffices may not meet the DOL's standard, so push your recruiter to confirm the position description ties the degree to a defined field like business or marketing.
Get your employer to file the LCA early
The DOL-certified Labor Condition Application must be complete before your consulate appointment. Ask your employer to initiate the LCA filing as soon as you accept the offer, since delays here directly push back your U.S. start date.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the full process
Once you have an offer, Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service handles the LCA, DS-160, and consulate preparation end-to-end. This is especially useful when your employer's HR team is unfamiliar with E-3 requirements and needs guided support.
Negotiate a remote start or delayed start date
Consulate appointment wait times at Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth vary by season. If your employer needs you to start quickly, discuss whether you can work remotely from Australia while your E-3 application is pending, then transition onsite once your visa is stamped.

Find Enterprise Sales Representative JobsEnterprise Sales Representative E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Enterprise Sales Representative jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Search Migrate Mate to find Enterprise Sales Representative roles filtered specifically for E-3 visa sponsorship. Most general job boards don't let you filter by visa type, so you end up cold-applying and discovering late that the employer won't sponsor. Migrate Mate surfaces employers with confirmed E-3 filing history so you're targeting the right companies from the start.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does an Enterprise Sales Representative role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
It depends on how the position is defined. If the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field like business, marketing, or communications, it can qualify. Roles where any degree suffices, or where the degree field is not tied to the duties, are harder to support. Your employer's job description needs to establish that specialized knowledge is required, not just preferred.
How does the E-3 visa compare to the H-1B for Enterprise Sales Representative roles?
The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so an Australian professional in enterprise sales can apply as soon as they have a job offer and a certified LCA. The H-1B runs a lottery with roughly a one-in-four selection rate for most applicants. The E-3 also renews in two-year increments with no limit, making it a more stable long-term option for building a U.S. sales career.
Can I change employers while on an E-3 as an Enterprise Sales Representative?
Yes, but the process restarts with each new employer. Your new company must file a fresh LCA with the DOL and you'll need a new visa stamp if yours is expiring or has expired. If your current E-3 visa stamp is still valid and you're changing to a role of the same classification, you can begin work after the new LCA is certified, without returning to Australia.
