E-3 Visa Field Representative Jobs
Field Representative roles qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship when the position requires a relevant bachelor's degree and involves specialty occupation duties like client management, territory analysis, or program coordination. The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so Australian professionals can target U.S. employers year-round without waiting on a selection draw.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Field Representative
Frame your Australian degree for U.S. employers
A three-year Australian bachelor's degree qualifies under E-3 specialty occupation rules, but your resume should spell out your field of study clearly. U.S. hiring managers may not recognise the equivalency without it stated explicitly.
Target employers with existing E-3 filing history
Search DOL's Labor Condition Application disclosure data to identify companies that have filed LCAs for field representative or related titles. Prior LCA activity signals the employer already understands the E-3 process and won't treat your offer as a first-time experiment.
Search verified E-3 sponsorship roles on Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters job listings by visa sponsorship type, so you can find Field Representative roles where employers are actively willing to support E-3 applications, rather than cold-applying and asking about sponsorship after the fact.
Confirm your role qualifies before accepting an offer
Field Representative titles vary widely. A role requiring only general sales experience may not meet USCIS specialty occupation standards. Verify that your job description references a specific degree field, not just a preference for any bachelor's degree.
Get your LCA certified before your consulate appointment
Your employer must file the LCA with DOL and receive certification before you can attend your E-3 visa interview. Build at least two weeks into your timeline after the offer is signed, and use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork without delays from employer-side inexperience.
Prepare for nonimmigrant intent questions at the consulate
Consular officers will assess whether you intend to return to Australia. Having clear ties at home and a defined role scope in your offer letter both support a straightforward E-3 interview for field representative positions, which can involve open-ended travel or territory assignments.

Find Field Representative JobsField Representative E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Field Representative jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It surfaces Field Representative roles where employers are open to E-3 sponsorship, so you're not filtering through general job boards and guessing at visa policies. You can search by job title, location, and employer type, and reach out to companies that have already signalled sponsorship willingness.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Field Representative role qualify as a specialty occupation for E-3 purposes?
It depends on how the role is defined. E-3 specialty occupation requires that the position normally demands a bachelor's degree in a specific field, such as business, communications, or a related discipline. Field Representative roles tied to technical products, regulated industries, or complex program management are stronger candidates than general territory sales positions, where any degree is accepted.
How does the E-3 visa compare to the H-1B for Field Representative roles?
The E-3 is available only to Australian citizens, but it has significant practical advantages over the H-1B for this role. There's no lottery, no annual cap, and the employer can file an LCA and proceed directly to your consulate appointment, often within weeks of an offer. H-1B requires lottery selection and an October 1 start date, making the E-3 far more predictable for time-sensitive hires.
Can I switch Field Representative employers after arriving on an E-3?
Yes, but the process starts fresh with the new employer. They must file a new LCA, and you'll need a new visa stamp if yours is tied to your prior role or is expiring. You can begin working for the new employer once the new LCA is certified and your E-3 documentation reflects the updated position and employer details.
