This role encompasses technical business development and customer success with full ownership of partner outcomes—from onboarding and deployment through long-term growth and expansion.
You will operate with a partner development mindset, owning performance across eero hardware sales and recurring software services adoption. You’ll shape partner strategy, forecast demand, and drive expansion while ensuring strong execution across the full partner lifecycle.
Partner Success Management is part of the Operations team at eero, and this role partners closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Manufacturing Operations.

-
Drive Commercial and Go-To-Market Initiatives: Identify and execute growth opportunities across pricing, packaging, and go-to-market. This includes supporting marketing and sales efforts with ISP partners, shaping joint campaigns, and implementing non-standard agreements to meet partner needs.
-
Lead Onboarding, Launches, and Lifecycle Management: Own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through scaled deployment. That includes ensuring fast, high-quality launches, driving early adoption, and maintaining momentum post-launch. You’ll coordinate closely with supply chain and operations to align demand planning, inventory, and rollout timelines.
-
Act as a Trusted Advisor to Partner Leadership: Build deep relationships with partner executives and decision-makers. Influence partner roadmaps and customer experience strategies. Represent eero in high-visibility engagements including QBRs and executive reviews.

Steer Product Strategy: Translate partner needs into clear product requirements and strategic inputs for Product and Engineering teams. Advocate for roadmap prioritization that unlocks scaled partner value. Bring market insights back to eero to inform broader strategy.
-
Lead Complex, Cross-Functional Projects: Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Ops, Legal, Finance) to deliver against partner commitments. This includes managing large-scale deployments, negotiating tradeoffs, and removing blockers to keep programs on track.
-
Operate with Data and Rigor: Define success metrics and track performance across partner programs. Strong financial acumen is critical—you’ll model scenarios, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure programs deliver against revenue and margin goals.
-
Scale What Works: Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and processes. Identify opportunities to automate and standardize partner workflows.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Partner Success Manager
Frame your degree for specialty occupation
Partner Success Manager roles sit at the intersection of business strategy and client relationship management. Your Australian bachelor's degree must align with the role's requirements, so clarify on your resume whether your qualification is in business, marketing, or communications, the field matters for LCA approval.
Target SaaS and enterprise software employers
Partner Success Manager positions are densest in B2B SaaS, cloud platforms, and enterprise tech. These companies run structured onboarding for international hires and have in-house or retained legal teams that understand E-3 sponsorship requirements, reducing delays at the offer stage.
Use Migrate Mate to search verified E-3 roles
Finding employers who have actively sponsored E-3 visas before cuts your search time significantly. Use Migrate Mate to filter Partner Success Manager openings by sponsorship history so you're targeting companies already familiar with the process.
Address the LCA before signing your offer
The DOL must certify your employer's Labor Condition Application before you can attend your consulate appointment. Confirm with your hiring manager that the LCA is filed before you book flights or give notice to your current employer, the timeline depends on DOL processing, not your start date.
Distinguish your E-3 status during salary negotiation
Your E-3 requires your employer to pay the DOL prevailing wage for your role and location. Flag this early with the recruiter so compensation discussions account for that floor, and avoid late-stage friction when legal reviews the offer against the LCA wage requirement.
Delegate the filing paperwork to a specialist
E-3 applications involve coordinating the LCA, DS-160, and consulate scheduling simultaneously. Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to manage the entire process from offer acceptance to consulate appointment, so nothing slips between your employer's HR team and your interview date.

Find Partner Success Manager JobsPartner Success Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find Partner Success Manager jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Australian professionals searching for U.S. roles that include E-3 sponsorship. It surfaces Partner Success Manager openings at employers with verified sponsorship history, so you're not cold-applying to companies that will balk at the paperwork when you disclose your visa needs during interviews.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Partner Success Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field such as business, marketing, communications, or information systems. If a job posting lists a degree as preferred rather than required, that distinction can create problems at the LCA stage, so verify the role's educational requirement before applying.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Partner Success Manager roles?
The E-3 has no annual cap and no lottery, so your employer can file at any time of year and sponsorship is not subject to random selection. H-1B registration opens once per year with no guarantee of selection. For Australian citizens in Partner Success Manager roles, the E-3 is a more predictable and faster path to authorized U.S. employment.
Can I change employers after starting work on an E-3 visa?
Yes, but each new employer must file a fresh LCA with the DOL and your visa stamp is tied to that specific employer. If you change jobs, you'll need a new E-3 visa reflecting the new employer before re-entering the U.S., or you can change status from within the country if you haven't traveled. There's no portability provision equivalent to H-1B's AC21.
