E-3 Visa Functional Analyst Jobs

IS&T Business Planning is an exciting & dynamic organization working with customers in Apple’s Lines of Business and IS&T teams across the globe. This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of-concept, working with partners, and more.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
• Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization
• Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline
• Play an active role in improving how capabilities are built in the Business Planning organization
• Set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborate with external organizations to develop and improve Business Planning’s application suite

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years experience in business process design and functional systems design
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings with team members as well as partners across multiple functions in an organization
• Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting key business and financial data
• Polished project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to translate problem statements into actionable functional and technical design requirements
• Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally across large global organizations
• Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Program / Project Management applications such as Clarity
• Influencer that knows how to connect the dots at the project, team, and organizational levels
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload, while demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

PAY & BENEFITS

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
