We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) across Experience Cloud products by accelerating user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.
This role is ideal for a growth leader with deep experience in B2B SaaS and Digital Marketing Technology, who thrives at the intersection of product, experimentation, and data. You will drive and implement growth strategies across key user journeys, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-To-Market teams to turn customer insight into scalable growth engines.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth Strategy & Lifecycle Management:
- Drive and evolve end-to-end growth strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion for an Experience Cloud product.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities using data, research, and experimentation.
- Develop and prioritize a growth roadmap tied to clear business impact.
Experimentation & Optimization:
- Design, launch, and analyze a high-velocity experimentation program across critical user journeys.
- Drive rapid test-and-learn cycles that ensure rigorous experiment design by establishing clear hypotheses, calculating statistical power, and implementing appropriate guardrails.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build robust instrumentation for accurate measurement and monitoring. Oversee careful rollout strategies—including phased launches, A/B testing, and control groups—to minimize risk and improve actionable insights.
Technology-Based Growth Initiatives:
- Identify, prioritize, and ship product experiences powered by advanced technology that improve conversion and retention—e.g., personalization, predictive mentorship, and intelligent onboarding.
- Use AI to speed up experiment ideation, hypothesis generation, copy/variant drafting, and analysis—while maintaining statistical rigor and human review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to co-develop and implement growth initiatives, navigating trade-offs and driving alignment across teams.
- Proven ability to influence product roadmaps and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning multiple teams around shared goals.
Work in close coordination with:
- Product Leaders who own core product to co-develop and implement a growth roadmap.
- Engineering to implement experimentation infrastructure.
- Design & UX Research to optimize onboarding and feature discovery.
- Marketing to align product growth levers with acquisition strategies.
- Finance & Data Science to quantify business impact.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Growth Product Management experience, with significant focus on experimentation-driven optimization.
- Proven experience driving B2B Product-Led Growth in SaaS or Digital Marketing Technology platforms.
- Experience implementing and executing experimentation tools.
- Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks, behavioral analytics, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis.
- Solid understanding of enterprise customer journeys, including self-serve, sales-assisted, and hybrid motions.
- Fluency in applying AI to product discovery, experimentation, and growth workflows, with a commitment to continuous skill development.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools for accelerating prototyping and insight generation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and customer insight into shipped product experiences with measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear narratives that drive action.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Growth Product Manager
Frame your degree against U.S. job requirements
U.S. employers often list a bachelor's in business, computer science, or a related field. Map your Australian degree field explicitly to the role description before applying, a mismatch in framing can stall the LCA before it starts.
Target companies with existing LCA filing history
Search the DOL's OFLC disclosure data for employers who have filed LCAs for product management roles. These companies already understand the E-3 process and are far less likely to withdraw an offer over sponsorship concerns.
Use Migrate Mate to find E-3-ready employers
Searching broadly for product roles wastes time on companies unfamiliar with E-3 sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to filter for employers who have sponsored Australian professionals, then use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork once you have an offer.
Clarify your growth discipline before outreach
Growth Product Manager spans acquisition, retention, and monetization, and U.S. employers define the role differently. Aligning your resume and cover letter to their specific growth discipline improves both interview conversions and the specialty occupation argument in your LCA.
Request LCA filing immediately after verbal offer
The DOL requires LCA certification before your visa application can proceed. Ask your employer to begin the LCA filing as soon as you receive a verbal offer, delays here push your consulate appointment and start date back by weeks.
Prepare your consulate documents before your interview is scheduled
Australian consulates for E-3 interviews are in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. Have your DS-160, certified LCA, offer letter, and degree transcripts ready before you book, so you can take the earliest available appointment slot.

Find Growth Product Manager JobsGrowth Product Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Growth Product Manager jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Search on Migrate Mate, which filters for U.S. employers with E-3 sponsorship history in product and growth roles. Generic job boards surface many roles without any way to filter for E-3 readiness, so you end up spending significant time on companies that haven't sponsored Australian professionals before and may hesitate once visa paperwork comes up.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Growth Product Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for E-3 purposes?
Yes, provided the role genuinely requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as business, computer science, or marketing. The key is that the job description must make the degree a requirement, not a preference. A listing that says 'degree preferred' can weaken the specialty occupation argument, so align your offer letter language accordingly.
How does E-3 sponsorship compare to H-1B for Growth Product Manager roles?
The E-3 has no annual cap and no lottery, so you don't wait for an April draw to start work. H-1B selection runs at roughly 25% for most applicants, meaning three-quarters of registrants don't get a slot in any given year. For Australian nationals in growth product roles, the E-3 is a direct path to starting work without the lottery uncertainty that makes H-1B planning so difficult.
Can I change employers or roles after I start on an E-3?
Yes, but each new role requires a new LCA and a new E-3 visa tied to that employer. You can't simply transfer your current E-3 to a new company. If you're changing roles within the same employer and the job duties or title shift significantly, a new LCA may still be required. Plan for two to four weeks of processing time before your new role's start date.
