Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Analyst to join our IT organization as the functional subject-matter expert for our SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. In this role, you will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting OTC solutions—spanning order management, fulfillment, billing—and ensuring seamless integration with external systems via IDocs, middleware, and other interfaces. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT integration teams, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class order-to-cash operations that drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: sales order entry, pricing, availability check, delivery, billing, credit & collections, customer master data.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional IT/integration teams to gather, analyze and document business requirements, configuration needs, and integration requirements (IDocs, middleware, API).
- Design and configure SAP OTC modules and related enhancements, translating business requirements into functional specifications (WRICEF) and facilitating system design, build, testing and go-live activities.
- Drive integration between SAP and external ordering, e-commerce, CRM or third-party systems using IDoc, EDI or middleware platforms; monitor and resolve interface issues, ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Provide system support & maintenance post go-live: troubleshoot functional and integration issues, lead root-cause analyses, propose and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Work with master-data, supply chain and logistics leads to ensure material, customer and pricing data governance supporting the OTC solution.
- Partner with business process owners to identify and implement continuous improvements leveraging SAP best practices and new functionality.
- Develop and deliver user training materials, documentation and ongoing support to business users and key stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning, change control, release management and system governance—ensuring adherence to standards, controls and operational excellence.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP OTC/Sales & Distribution (SD) functional roles; including recent experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Demonstrated experience with one or more full-life-cycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA) and sustainment support.
- Proven experience designing and supporting system integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs) between SAP and external systems (e-commerce portals, CRM, trading partners).
- Expert knowledge of SAP SD/OTC configuration: order types, item categories, schedule lines, deliveries, billing, pricing procedures, output determination, credit management.
- Solid understanding of integration concepts and landscape: IDoc types, interface design, middleware tools (SAP CPI or equivalent).
- Expert ability to translate business problems into detailed functional specifications, liaise with developers/integration teams, and oversee end-to-end solution delivery.
- Expert analytical, problem-solving and data-integrity skills.
- Expert written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with both technical and business audiences.
- Expert ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
- Expert familiarity with project lifecycle and change management methodologies (testing, cut-over, support).
- Comfortable working onsite 4 days in a week from one of these locations: Broomfield, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, Atlanta, GA, New York, NY, Cerritos, CA.
Preferred / Advantageous
- Experience in a configurable or make-to-order manufacturing environment, or with variant configuration scenarios.
- Exposure to S/4HANA advanced features: Advanced ATP, Fiori apps, BRF+, AIF.
- Experience integrating with CRM, e-commerce platforms or trading-partner networks.
- Experience in AI tools and capabilities.
- SAP certification in SD/OTC or S/4HANA.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as an IT Analyst
Confirm your degree supports the role
An Australian three-year bachelor's degree in IT or computer science is generally accepted as equivalent to a U.S. four-year degree for E-3 visa specialty occupation purposes. If your degree is in an unrelated field, document how your coursework directly applies to the IT Analyst position.
Target employers with existing LCA history
Search DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification disclosure data to identify companies that have previously filed Labor Condition Applications for IT Analyst roles. Prior LCA filings signal that the employer already understands the E-3 process and has an internal mechanism to file again.
Clarify sponsorship early in the interview process
When a recruiter asks about your work authorization, state that you hold Australian citizenship and qualify for the E-3 visa, which requires minimal employer paperwork. Framing it this way separates the E-3 from H-1B lottery concerns before they become an objection.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service after your offer
Once you have a signed offer letter, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork. This removes the filing burden from an employer's HR team, which is often the practical reason IT Analyst sponsorships stall after verbal agreement.
Verify the job description meets specialty occupation criteria
The IT Analyst role must require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field, not just prefer one. Review the job posting before your final interview and flag any language like 'degree preferred' to your hiring contact, since USCIS scrutinizes this distinction during LCA review.
Find IT Analyst roles with E-3 sponsorship on Migrate Mate
Search Migrate Mate to filter IT Analyst positions by E-3 visa sponsorship readiness. The platform surfaces employers with active sponsorship history, so you spend your time on companies already equipped to hire Australian nationals rather than educating employers from scratch.
E-3 Visa IT Analyst: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find IT Analyst jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Search Migrate Mate to find IT Analyst roles filtered specifically for E-3 visa sponsorship. Most general job boards don't distinguish between visa types, so you can spend significant time pursuing companies that only sponsor H-1B. Migrate Mate surfaces employers with confirmed E-3 sponsorship history, reducing that friction significantly for Australian applicants.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does an IT Analyst role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
IT Analyst positions typically qualify when the job description requires a bachelor's degree in a specific technical field, such as information technology, computer science, or information systems. The key test is whether the degree is required, not merely preferred. Roles framed as requiring any bachelor's degree, regardless of field, are more likely to face USCIS scrutiny during the LCA review process.
How does the E-3 compare to H-1B for IT Analyst roles?
The E-3 has no annual lottery and no numerical cap, so an Australian IT Analyst with a job offer can proceed directly to a consular interview rather than waiting for a random selection result. H-1B registrations for IT roles face significant oversubscription each fiscal year. The E-3 also allows indefinite two-year renewals as long as you maintain qualifying employment.
Can I change IT Analyst employers after getting my E-3 visa?
Yes, but the E-3 is employer-specific, so changing jobs requires your new employer to file a fresh Labor Condition Application and you'll need a new visa stamp if your current one reflects your previous employer. You can start working for the new employer once USCIS or the consulate processes the updated documentation, so timing the transition carefully matters.
