E-3 Visa Office Coordinator Jobs
Office Coordinator roles qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship when the position requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so your employer can file year-round. Australian nationals with the right credentials can start work within weeks of receiving a job offer.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as an Office Coordinator
Confirm your degree supports specialty occupation
An Office Coordinator role must require a bachelor's degree to qualify as a specialty occupation under E-3 rules. Check the job description carefully, postings that list a degree as preferred rather than required can create problems at the consulate.
Target employers already filing LCAs
Search the DOL's public disclosure data for employers who have previously filed Labor Condition Applications for administrative or coordinator roles. These companies already understand the E-3 process, which shortens the sponsorship conversation significantly.
Request the LCA before your start date
Your employer must file the LCA with the DOL and receive certification before you attend your consulate appointment. Build at least two to three weeks of lead time into your agreed start date so the LCA can be certified and ready for your visa application.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the paperwork
Once you have an offer, Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service handles the LCA submission, DS-160 preparation, and consulate document package so you're not coordinating multiple government portals on your own while also starting a new role.
Frame your Australian experience in U.S. terms
U.S. hiring managers may not recognise Australian job titles or organisation types. Translate your experience into U.S.-standard equivalents on your resume, 'office manager' maps clearly, but 'administration officer in a Commonwealth agency' needs context to land with recruiters.
Clarify E-3 renewal expectations before accepting the offer
The E-3 is issued in two-year increments and renewable indefinitely, but each renewal requires a new LCA filing. Confirm your employer understands this before you sign, so the administrative commitment is factored into the role from the start.

Find Office Coordinator JobsOffice Coordinator E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Office Coordinator jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Use Migrate Mate to search for Office Coordinator roles filtered by E-3 visa sponsorship. Many administrative roles are listed without explicit sponsorship language, so searching by employers with LCA filing history is more reliable than filtering on the phrase 'visa sponsorship available.' Migrate Mate surfaces employer sponsorship signals that standard job boards don't show.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does an Office Coordinator role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
It depends on how the role is defined. The E-3 requires the position to normally require a bachelor's degree in a specific field. An Office Coordinator role qualifies if the employer can show the duties require specialised knowledge in business administration, operations management, or a related discipline. Generic coordinator roles without a degree requirement won't meet the threshold.
How does E-3 sponsorship compare to H-1B for Office Coordinator roles?
The E-3 is significantly more practical for this role. The H-1B requires entering a lottery with roughly 25% selection odds, while the E-3 has no cap and no lottery, your employer can file at any time of year. The filing process is also faster and less expensive for the employer, which makes sponsorship conversations easier for administrative roles.
Can I change Office Coordinator employers while on an E-3?
Yes, but you need a new LCA and a new E-3 visa or change of status each time you switch employers. You can't transfer your existing E-3 to a new company the way some other visa categories allow. Plan for at least a few weeks of processing time between accepting a new offer and your authorised start date.
