Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Partner Program Manager
Frame your degree for specialty occupation
Partner Program Manager roles require a directly related degree to satisfy E-3 specialty occupation rules. A business, marketing, or communications degree maps cleanly. If your degree is adjacent, document how your coursework and role responsibilities align before approaching employers.
Target channel-heavy tech and SaaS employers
Companies with large partner ecosystems, such as cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise software firms, hire Partner Program Managers repeatedly and are more likely to have E-3 sponsorship experience baked into their HR processes.
Ask about LCA timelines before accepting an offer
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with DOL before your consulate appointment. That certification typically takes seven business days. Confirm your start date accounts for this window so your timeline doesn't slip.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the paperwork
Once you have an offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork end-to-end, from DOL certification through consulate preparation. This keeps the process moving without burdening your new employer's HR team.
Clarify remote and hybrid arrangements upfront
Partner Program Managers often work across multiple states or travel to partner sites. If your role is hybrid or involves consistent work outside your primary location, your employer may need to file separate LCAs for each worksite state. Raise this before your offer letter is signed.
Search for E-3 sponsorship roles on Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters Partner Program Manager roles by verified E-3 sponsorship history, so you're not wasting applications on employers unfamiliar with the visa. Search by role title and location to find employers already set up to sponsor Australian nationals.

Find Partner Program Manager JobsPartner Program Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find Partner Program Manager jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the recommended starting point for Australian professionals searching for Partner Program Manager roles with E-3 sponsorship. The platform surfaces employers with verified sponsorship history for this role type, so you can focus your search on companies already familiar with the E-3 process rather than educating HR from scratch.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Partner Program Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for E-3 purposes?
Yes, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field such as business, marketing, or communications. The role must genuinely require that theoretical and practical knowledge at the degree level. Job descriptions that list a degree as preferred rather than required can create issues at the consulate, so confirm the language in your offer letter before filing.
How does the E-3 visa compare to H-1B for Partner Program Manager roles?
The E-3 is available exclusively to Australian citizens and has a 10,500 annual allocation that has never been fully used, so there is no lottery and no wait for a cap slot. H-1B requires entering a lottery with roughly a 25% selection rate before any petition can be filed. For Partner Program Manager roles, the E-3 offers a predictable, employer-controlled timeline that H-1B cannot guarantee.
Can I change employers while on E-3 status in a Partner Program Manager role?
Yes, but you cannot transfer your E-3 the way an H-1B allows portability after 180 days. Your new employer must file a fresh LCA with DOL and you'll need to attend a new consulate appointment or apply for a change of status with USCIS before starting work. Build that processing window into your transition plan, especially if you're leaving your current role before the new visa is approved.
