About us
Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up. Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle. Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems. In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.
This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.
About The Role
As a Provider Partnerships Manager (PPM), you’ll own and grow a provider referral territory by building strong partnerships with healthcare providers and their teams. This is a field-based sales role focused on driving patient referrals to Nourish through relationship-building, strategic territory growth, and consistent in-person engagement. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators; building trust, growing referral volume, and helping more patients access insurance-covered nutrition care. This role combines new business development with long-term account growth. Success comes from creating strong relationships, maintaining momentum within accounts, and consistently growing your territory over time. You’ll report directly to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a fast-growing, high-performance team focused on transforming healthcare through better nutrition access.
Please note: This is a full-time field-based role and candidates must be located in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market
- Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within an approximately 1-hour driving radius
- Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators
- Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up
- Grow referral volume within existing accounts through strong relationship management, consistent follow-up, and strategic territory planning
- Become a trusted resource to providers by educating them on Nourish and the impact nutrition care can have on patient outcomes
- Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets
- Manage your territory like it’s your own business, balancing new business development with long-term account growth
- Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce
- Partner closely with leadership and teammates to share learnings, improve processes, and help scale the organization
About You
You’d be a great fit here if you are:
- Competitive and motivated by performance

- Comfortable hearing “no” and resilient enough to keep going
- Self-driven, resourceful, and excited by ownership
- Coachable and hungry to improve
- Adaptable in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Looking for an opportunity to grow their career quickly and make a meaningful impact
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, athletics, or other high-performance environments
- A track record of hitting goals, competing, or outperforming expectations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to spend most of your week in the field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities at once
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus, but not required
- Healthcare sales experience is helpful, but not required. We’re most interested in people with strong work ethic, competitive drive, curiosity, and a desire to grow.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Partnerships Manager
Match your degree to the role description
E-3 visa eligibility requires your degree to align with the specific Partnerships Manager role, not just business generally. If your background is in communications or marketing, confirm the job posting reflects that specialty before your employer files the LCA.
Target employers with active LCA filing history
Search DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification disclosure data to identify companies that have previously certified LCAs for business development or partnerships roles. A prior LCA filing signals the employer understands the E-3 process and won't stall on paperwork.
Clarify the sponsorship conversation before negotiating
Many U.S. employers confuse E-3 sponsorship with H-1B lottery complexity. Address it directly: the E-3 has no lottery, no cap, and your employer's main obligation is filing the LCA with DOL. Removing that misconception early prevents offers from falling through at the final stage.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for LCA and consulate prep
Once you have an offer, the LCA and DS-160 paperwork need to be handled correctly before your consulate appointment. Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to manage the entire filing sequence so nothing delays your start date.
Prepare an Australian credential equivalency statement
A three-year Australian bachelor's degree is generally accepted as equivalent to a U.S. four-year degree for E-3 purposes, but some consular officers ask for documentation. Have a credential evaluation or a written employer acknowledgment ready before your interview.
Time your LCA filing around your consulate appointment window
The certified LCA must be in hand before you can book your visa interview. Ask your employer to submit the LCA to DOL at least two weeks before you plan to schedule, since DOL processing typically runs five to seven business days but can extend during high-volume periods.
E-3 Visa Partnerships Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Partnerships Manager jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Use Migrate Mate to search Partnerships Manager roles filtered specifically for E-3 sponsorship. Most general job boards don't distinguish between visa types, so you can waste significant time applying to roles where the employer won't support an E-3. Migrate Mate surfaces employers with documented sponsorship history, so your applications go to the right places from the start.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Partnerships Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline. Roles where any degree satisfies the requirement regardless of field can be harder to certify. The strongest applications show a direct connection between your degree and the specific responsibilities in the job description.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Partnerships Manager roles?
The E-3 has a significant practical advantage for Australians: there's no lottery and no annual cap, so you can accept an offer and file at any point during the year. The H-1B requires registration in a lottery each April, with selection rates well below 50%, and the earliest a cap-subject H-1B takes effect is October 1. For a Partnerships Manager role with an offer in hand, the E-3 is the faster and more reliable path.
Can I change employers on an E-3 while working as a Partnerships Manager?
Yes, but each new employer must file a fresh LCA with DOL and your new employer must certify the prevailing wage for the role. Your current E-3 is tied to your existing employer and position, so you can't simply transfer it. You'll need to go through the consulate again or, if already in the U.S., work with your new employer to get the LCA certified before making the switch.
