Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Regional Distribution Manager
Translate your Australian logistics credentials formally
U.S. employers often don't recognize Australian university names or three-year bachelor's degrees. Get a credential evaluation from a NACES-approved service before applying so hiring managers can confirm your qualifications meet E-3 specialty occupation requirements without back-and-forth.
Target employers with multi-state distribution networks
Companies operating distribution centers across several states are experienced with multi-site LCA filings and prevailing wage determinations. They're far more likely to have HR processes that accommodate E-3 sponsorship without treating it as a one-off exception.
Search specifically for E-3 sponsorship using Migrate Mate
Generic job boards don't filter for E-3 sponsorship history. Use Migrate Mate to search Regional Distribution Manager roles at employers with verified E-3 or H-1B sponsorship records, cutting out companies that will decline after the offer stage.
Confirm the role's LCA wage level before accepting an offer
DOL requires the LCA to certify the offered wage meets the prevailing wage for your location and job title. For distribution management roles, wage levels shift significantly between metro and regional markets, so verify the DOL wage database figures match your offer before signing.
Frame your supply chain scope during visa interviews
Consular officers assess whether your role genuinely requires a degree-level specialist. Bring documentation showing budget authority, vendor contract management, or cross-functional team oversight, not just operational scheduling, to clearly distinguish the position from general warehouse supervision.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for your LCA and paperwork
The LCA must be DOL-certified before your consulate appointment, and errors in the employer's filing can delay your start date by weeks. Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service manages the full process from LCA submission through consulate preparation so nothing stalls between offer and arrival.

Find Regional Distribution Manager JobsRegional Distribution Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Regional Distribution Manager jobs that offer E-3 sponsorship?
Most distribution management roles aren't advertised with E-3 sponsorship explicitly, but employers with H-1B or prior E-3 filing history are the ones most likely to sponsor. Migrate Mate lets you search Regional Distribution Manager positions filtered by verified sponsorship history, so you can focus applications on employers who already understand the process rather than starting the conversation from scratch.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Regional Distribution Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, if the position genuinely requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration. The key distinction is whether the role requires degree-level analysis and strategic oversight rather than operational coordination any experienced worker could perform. Roles managing multi-site networks, vendor relationships, and budget decisions consistently satisfy the specialty occupation standard. Generic titles covering shift supervision or warehouse scheduling typically don't.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Regional Distribution Manager roles?
The E-3 is significantly more practical for Australian distribution professionals because it has no lottery, no annual cap, and can be initiated year-round. H-1B registrations are capped at 85,000 annually and selected by random draw, meaning a qualified candidate with a firm offer can still wait years for a slot. For a role where employers need someone placed within a standard hiring window, the E-3's predictable timeline is a meaningful operational advantage.
What happens to my E-3 status if I change employers or take on a broader regional role?
A new E-3 petition is required each time you change employers, and you can't start work with the new company until the LCA is DOL-certified and your new visa or status is approved. If your role expands significantly, such as absorbing additional distribution regions or shifting from one employer entity to a parent company, that can also trigger a new filing. Starting the LCA process as early as possible after an offer is accepted avoids gaps between roles.
