Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Regional Marketing Manager
Frame your Australian credentials for U.S. recruiters
A three-year Australian bachelor's in marketing or business is accepted as equivalent to a four-year U.S. degree for E-3 purposes. Include your degree field and institution clearly on your resume so hiring managers can confirm specialty occupation eligibility without a separate conversation.
Target employers with regional or multi-market structures
Regional Marketing Manager roles are most common at companies operating across multiple U.S. states or international markets. Mid-to-large consumer goods, SaaS, and retail brands regularly hire for this title and have HR teams familiar with E-3 sponsorship paperwork.
Search verified E-3 sponsors using Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Regional Marketing Manager roles by employers with confirmed E-3 visa sponsorship history. Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service also manages the entire process from offer to consulate appointment, including LCA submission and DS-160 preparation.
Confirm the job description requires a specific degree field
The DOL's specialty occupation standard requires that a bachelor's degree in a specific field be a normal requirement for the role. If the job posting says 'any bachelor's degree accepted,' your employer may need to revise the description before the LCA is certified.
Address the LCA timeline in your offer negotiation
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your visa interview can proceed. DOL typically certifies LCAs within seven business days, so build that window into your agreed start date when negotiating your offer letter.
Prepare a portfolio of campaign scope and budget ownership
Consular officers assess whether your role genuinely qualifies as a specialty occupation. Bringing documented evidence of regional campaign management, budget responsibility, and cross-functional leadership strengthens your interview position beyond what your degree alone can demonstrate.

Find Regional Marketing Manager JobsRegional Marketing Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find Regional Marketing Manager jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the recommended starting point, it surfaces Regional Marketing Manager roles specifically filtered for E-3 visa sponsorship, so you're not sorting through listings where sponsorship is unconfirmed or unavailable. General job boards don't filter by visa type, which wastes time on roles that won't support E-3 status.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Regional Marketing Manager role qualify as an E-3 specialty occupation?
Yes, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as marketing, business administration, or communications as a standard requirement. The key is that the degree must be field-specific, not just any bachelor's degree. If the job description is written too broadly, the DOL may not certify the LCA, and your employer may need to revise the posting before your application proceeds.
How does the E-3 visa compare to H-1B for Regional Marketing Manager roles?
The E-3 has no annual lottery and no numerical cap that affects availability, unlike the H-1B where selection is random and registration closes in March each year. For Australian marketing professionals, this means you can apply for an E-3 at any point once you have a job offer, and your employer can proceed immediately without waiting for a fiscal year slot. The E-3 also renews in two-year increments with no statutory limit on the number of renewals.
Can I switch employers on an E-3 while working as a Regional Marketing Manager?
Yes, but each new employer must file a fresh LCA with the DOL and you'll need a new visa stamp before starting work with them if your current stamp is tied to the previous employer. You don't carry your E-3 approval from one employer to the next the way an H-1B holder can port a petition. Plan for at least a two-week LCA certification window before your new role begins.
