This role is part of the Media Network team and offers a unique opportunity to help shape and scale a growing advertising business within American Airlines by supporting the activation, launch, and growth of advertising opportunities across company-owned media channels. Partnering closely with teams across Media Network, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and Partnerships, you will help bring new advertising products and partner programs to market while creating scalable processes and seamless partner experiences. In this dynamic environment, you will play a key role in enabling business growth, driving operational excellence, and supporting the continued evolution of the Media Network.

- Support the activation, launch, and ongoing growth of advertising opportunities across American Airlines owned media channels.
- Translate partner and business objectives into actionable implementation plans that support successful program launches and ongoing operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities required to onboard, activate, and enable new advertising partners, campaigns, media products, and capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders across Media Network, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and channel teams to ensure organizational readiness and successful execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, launch schedules, workflows, process documentation, and enablement materials.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders by tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and resolving implementation barriers.
- Support go-to-market activities for new advertising products, partner programs, and media opportunities.
- Collaborate with campaign operations and channel teams to ensure successful handoff from activation through campaign execution and delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, governance, and consistency across partner-facing processes.
- Support the creation and delivery of training materials, stakeholder communications, and enablement resources.
- Monitor launch outcomes, partner feedback, and operational performance to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop presentations, status updates, business cases, and executive communications to support Media Network initiatives.
- Stay informed on advertising, media, marketing technology, and industry trends to support innovation and business growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent training and experience
- 3 years of related experience in media, advertising, marketing, partner enablement, project management, business operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting media networks, digital advertising, advertising technology, marketing operations, or partner programs
- Experience launching new products, capabilities, partnerships, or operational processes
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategies and cross-functional implementation efforts
- Knowledge of advertising operations, campaign activation, partner onboarding, and media planning practices
- Experience developing executive presentations, business cases, and stakeholder communications
- Experience driving process improvement and operational scalability initiatives
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms, media technology solutions, and digital marketing ecosystems
