- Own logistics and coordination for the quarterly Voice of the Field program; partner with the Tech Trainer to surface field themes and recommendations to GTM leadership
- Drive the MCF Spotlight newsletter and provide strategic input to quarterly certification communications
Scale Enablement processes
- Drive stakeholder alignment and milestone completion for our ASCS learning programs
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve the async content pages for such as non-US ASCS pages and new hire resources to scale US enablement content

- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Sales Enablement Specialist
Frame your degree for specialty occupation
Sales enablement sits at the intersection of marketing, training, and revenue operations. When presenting your credentials, show how your degree in business, communications, or a related field directly supports the technical and strategic scope of the role, not just the job title.
Target companies with revenue operations teams
Employers with dedicated RevOps or sales enablement functions are far more likely to understand the E-3 process. Look for SaaS companies, enterprise software firms, and mid-market technology employers that have structured go-to-market teams and dedicated HR or legal support.
Request a written specialty occupation justification
Ask your employer to document why the Sales Enablement Specialist role requires a specific bachelor's degree, not just any degree. This written rationale strengthens the Labor Condition Application and reduces the risk of a consular officer questioning specialty occupation status.
Use Migrate Mate to manage your LCA and filing
Once you have a signed offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork end-to-end. The LCA must be certified by the DOL before your consulate appointment, and errors at this stage are the most common source of delays.
Search for E-3 sponsorship roles on Migrate Mate
Most job boards don't filter by E-3 visa sponsorship, which wastes time on roles where employers won't engage. Migrate Mate surfaces Sales Enablement Specialist positions from employers already familiar with or open to E-3 sponsorship, so your outreach starts with qualified leads.
Clarify your start date around LCA certification
The DOL typically certifies an LCA within seven business days, but your start date cannot precede certification. When negotiating your offer, build at least two to three weeks between signing and your intended first day to allow for LCA processing and consulate scheduling.

Find Sales Enablement Specialist JobsSales Enablement Specialist E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Sales Enablement Specialist jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Use Migrate Mate to search for Sales Enablement Specialist roles filtered by E-3 visa sponsorship. Most standard job boards don't distinguish between employers who will sponsor an E-3 and those who won't, which means you'll spend significant time on outreach that goes nowhere. Migrate Mate is built specifically to surface roles and employers relevant to Australian professionals seeking E-3 sponsorship.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Sales Enablement Specialist role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, in most cases, provided the employer can demonstrate the role requires a specific bachelor's degree, not just any degree. Sales enablement roles that involve curriculum design, sales methodology, CRM administration, or cross-functional program management have a stronger specialty occupation argument than those framed purely around sales coaching or onboarding support.
How does the E-3 visa compare to the H-1B for Sales Enablement Specialist roles?
The E-3 has a significant practical advantage: there's no lottery. H-1B registrations are subject to an annual cap with a randomised selection process, meaning you could meet all requirements and still not get a visa slot. The E-3's 10,500 annual allocation for Australians has never been exhausted, so a qualifying offer letter is effectively sufficient to proceed.
Can I switch employers while on an E-3 as a Sales Enablement Specialist?
Yes, but you can't start work with the new employer until they've completed a fresh LCA filing and you've obtained a new E-3 visa or a change of status approval. There's no portability provision equivalent to H-1B AC21 provisions. Plan your transition carefully, as working before the new visa is issued puts you out of status.
