E-3 Visa Workday Analyst Jobs
Workday Analyst roles qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship as specialty occupations requiring a bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field. Australian citizens have a significant advantage here: the E-3 has no lottery, no annual cap backlog, and renews every two years indefinitely as long as you hold a qualifying offer.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Workday Analyst
Frame your Australian Workday credentials for U.S. roles
U.S. hiring managers may not recognize Australian HR or ERP certifications. Translate your Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll module experience into specific configuration tasks and integration work so your resume maps cleanly to what U.S. job descriptions require.
Search employers with active LCA filing history
Use Migrate Mate to filter Workday Analyst roles by employers who have filed Labor Condition Applications before. Prior LCA activity signals the employer already understands E-3 visa sponsorship and won't stall your offer over unfamiliarity with the process.
Target consulting firms over single-employer IT shops
Workday implementation partners like large consulting and professional services firms sponsor E-3 visas regularly because they hire globally. A boutique IT shop hiring its first Workday analyst may have no LCA infrastructure, which can delay your start date by weeks.
Clarify the LCA timeline before accepting an offer
Your employer must file and receive a certified LCA from the DOL before you can attend your consulate appointment. Ask HR whether they use an in-house immigration team or outside counsel, and confirm they can certify within two to three weeks of your offer.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for your LCA and visa paperwork
Once you have a signed offer letter, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA submission, DS-160 preparation, and consulate appointment documents. This is especially useful if your employer has never sponsored an E-3 before.
Verify your employer is E-Verify enrolled before your first day
Some states require E-Verify enrollment for government contractors, and many large enterprises use it regardless. Confirming enrollment before you start avoids I-9 complications that can temporarily suspend your ability to work while your employer catches up on compliance.
E-3 Visa Workday Analyst: Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find Workday Analyst jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lists Workday Analyst roles specifically filtered for E-3 visa sponsorship, so you're not sorting through postings from employers who have never sponsored an Australian worker. The platform shows employers with LCA filing history, which tells you they understand the process before you invest time in an application.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Workday Analyst role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes. Workday Analyst positions typically require a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field, which satisfies the E-3 specialty occupation requirement. The role must involve applying theoretical knowledge rather than general skills, and most Workday configuration, integration, and reporting positions meet that standard without ambiguity.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Workday Analyst roles?
For Australian nationals, the E-3 is a straightforward alternative. There's no lottery, no annual cap, and no multi-year wait. You can apply directly at an Australian consulate once your employer has a certified LCA from the DOL. The H-1B visa requires lottery registration in April with a roughly one-in-four selection chance, and even a selected petition takes six months to become effective.
Can I change Workday employers while on an E-3 visa?
Yes, but each employer change requires a new LCA filing and, in most cases, a new visa stamp at an Australian consulate. Your E-3 status is tied to the specific employer on your current petition. You can start working for a new employer as soon as the new LCA is certified and you have a valid visa, but you can't carry over authorization from your previous role.
