Your day may include:
- Creating safe, nurturing classroom environments
- Leading engaging activities like sensory play, music, art, and early literacy
- Supporting children's emotional and social development
- Encouraging curiosity and exploration
- Building positive relationships with families
- Maintaining licensing and safety standards
- Celebrating milestones (first steps, first words, first friendships)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome teachers at many experience levels.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in early childhood education or childcare
- Colorado Early Childhood Professional Credential or ability to obtain
- Familiarity with Colorado Shines PDIS
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool, or school-age children
- Ability to pass background checks and licensing requirements
Bonus points if you:
- Love reading books out loud
- Can sing at least three children’s songs from memory
- Know the difference between a tantrum and a meltdown
- Appreciate tiny humans with very big personalities
